Villa Amare is a one-storey residence with modern decoration in an open-air space with Seaview. The open-air living room with a sofa and a satellite TV, the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the dining area for 6 guests right next to it complete the ground floor. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms with a bathroom with a jacuzzi. Through the stairs, you can get to the first floor where there is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In the same area, you will find a sitting area, a coffee station, and a large window with a gazing view. This area can easily be used as a bedroom for two guests. The minimal and modern architectural design with high-quality elements and products creates the perfect stay for you and your loved ones. The villa is fully restored and has elements of the genetic period with a combination of modern techniques with new systems of technology.

Outdoor facilities 

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the private swimming pool for adults. On the first floor, there is a balcony with a sitting area where you can enjoy your breakfast and the gazing view. Sunbeds with umbrellas surround the swimming pool offering moments of relaxation and letting you enjoy the Cretan sun. A private garden lawn and a sitting area and other furniture complete the exterior area. Don’t miss that there is a parking area for your vehicles.
