There is an eco-friendly fireplace in the middle of the living room. An open plan kitchen is equipped with a dining table and a wealth of appliances. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom which communicates with the living room being part of the design. Another floor is built with a guest bedroom and a private bathroom. A big and modern balcony with a wooden design is an amazing place to have fun with your company. All rooms allow plenty of sunlight and have a great view.
