Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area that contains the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed electrical appliances, an indoor dining table and an exit to the veranda. In the living area, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms, a bedroom with a king-size bed (180*200) and an ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds which can be converted into a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. For guests who have mobility needs, there is a suitable bedroom with a king-size bed (180*200) and a communal bathroom.

Outdoor facilities

The outdoor area of the villa has a garden covered with grass with a 50 sq.m. swimming pool, there is a dining table, sunbeds and umbrellas. Feel safe for your kids, as there is a specific place in the pool for them. There is also a parking space for 6 cars. 

The villa is located on a two-floor building where guests will have access to the ground floor for their sole use.

Because of its position, the villa offers an incredible view of the Cretan Sea and full privacy for our guests. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people in beds and up to 2 people if necessary (there are two sofa beds, one on the ground floor and the second one on the first floor).
