Indoor facilities
Villa Kokomo combines comfort and luxury. It can host up to 6 people. Featuring three bedrooms and is set on two floors. two of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor The first one has a double-size bed and ensuite shower room while the second one has a king-size bed which can easily be converted into two single beds and a balcony where you can relax on the chairs will leave you feeling seriously well-rested. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious sitting area with a satellite smart TV, a living area that catches the eye with its beautiful windows letting the natural light flood in and another bedroom. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. A fully equipped contemporary kitchen has all the branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The villa has a private entrance with remote controlled electric gate and parking for several cars including 2 shaded pergola areas.

Outdoor facilities
When you step onto the exterior area you will be treated to fabulous views across the Cretan sea- there is even an entertaining space where you can dine alfresco and a lounger. The paved patio area with a dining setup can mean only one thing – barbeque food, beers and cocktails. The loungers with umbrellas, the luxury sunbeds and designer lounge chairs, an open plan kitchen with a BBQ and the outstanding infinity swimming pool make the ultimate spot for you and your loved ones to enjoy and relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset and the breathtaking views over the bay of Chania. The pool can be heated upon request with full under-floor central heating and patio heaters in the outside dining area. The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the sea and mountains.
