Cost of the service: 450€/week of stay
Payment Method: Bank Transfer

Service Includes:

Key and passcode handover upon arrival.
Detailed tour of the property with our company representative.
Local area information: restaurants, bars, beaches, shops, transportation, and essential contacts.
Restaurant and bar reservations (finalized 10 days before arrival).
Travel itinerary planning.
Assistance with additional services upon request.
Support throughout the stay via WhatsApp from 09:00 (morning) to 19:00 (1 guest only).
Available from the day of booking until departure.

Upgrade to our premium concierge package for an enhanced, tailor-made experience. We take care of every detail to provide the highest level of comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Cost of the service: 1.000€/week of stay
Payment Method: Bank Transfer

Service Includes:

Detailed tour of the property with our company representative.
Local area information: restaurants, bars, beaches, shops, transportation, and essential contacts.
Welcome basket.
Free pre-stocking service (does not include the cost of groceries) twice per week (from 10:00 until 14:00).
Travel itinerary planning.
Personalized visit to the villa to discuss and arrange the daily program.
Restaurant and bar reservations.
Services on last-minute requests.
Support throughout the stay via WhatsApp from 09:00 (morning) to 00:00 (night) for all guests.
Available from the day of booking until departure.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

A full payment is required via bank transfer to confirm the booking.
The service is non-refundable unless the travel is canceled for any serious reason.
