Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa. Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation lief zu jederzeit reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ett fint och fridfullt ställe som verkligen känns premium. Allt var nytt, snyggt, modernt och prydligt!

Wonderful villa. Very clean & modern with all the things we’d need to make the stay perfect. Location was great, nice and quiet, about 5mins drive to Alymrida beach.

The house was amazing! This is the one air bnb that I’ve stayed in that the pictures don’t do it justice. The house is very modern and comfortable. The manager gave great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked a few meals to enjoy the views/sunsets. I hope to return some day. Just be aware there are no beach towels/chairs/toys in the house.

Magnifique villa avec piscine privée sans vis à vis. Idéal pour les familles souhaitant de l’intimité.
Routes montagneuses avec de nombreux virages, point de vigilance pour les personnes sensibles à l’altitude.
Comptez 45min de la Canee (Chabia) ou Rethymon dont 15min de virage en montagne.
Il faut compter 15min en voiture pour se rendre à la première ville, plage Georgioupolis (belle plage).

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft und mehr als zufrieden. Bei der Ankunft bekommt man Wasser, Snacks und eine gute Flasche Wein. Die Reinigung ist makellos, die Restaurant Empfehlungen sind auch super toll gewesen und ingesamt ist die gesamte Anlage sehr schön. Man merkt seine „Nachbarn“ kaum und kann die Ruhe genießen. Die Tischtennis Platte war eins unserer Highlights.
George war super zuvorkommend und hat uns ein sehr herzliches Gefühl gegeben. Über den Lemon-Pie haben wir uns sehr gefreut !

We had the most amazing three nights, the view is spectacular and such a relaxing environment. Amazing beaches and restaurants near by would highly recommend this beautiful house and area. A highlight of our time in Crete!

We have just returned from an amazing week at Sancy Villa. From the moment we arrived, Holiways were more than accommodating and made us feel right at home. The villa was clean, modern and comfortably accommodated our group of 12 adults and a baby, with plenty of space in both the bedrooms and communal areas. The pictures don’t do it justice! The beach is less than a 10 minute walk away, and a shop is located just across the road. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The outdoor space was the highlight, giving us the perfect setting to relax and spend quality time together throughout the week. We are all looking forward to returning to another of Holiways’ villas and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family or group holiday.

Our stay at Villa Agali was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by both the villa itself and the overall experience.

The property is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and even better than the photos. Every space felt thoughtfully curated, with breathtaking views and plenty of room for our group to relax, connect, and make unforgettable memories.

The Holloways were exceptional hosts. They checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect, were always available when needed, and provided fantastic local recommendations. At the same time, they struck the perfect balance by giving us plenty of privacy and space to enjoy the villa on our own.

It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations, but Villa Agali absolutely did. Our group had the trip of a lifetime, and the villa played a huge role in making it so special. We left with incredible memories and would return in a heartbeat.

Wir hatten das große Glück, unseren Urlaub mit 12 Frauen beiden Villen verbringen zu dürfen – und es hätte nicht schöner sein können.

Wir haben dort gemeinsam meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und dafür wirklich den perfekten Ort gefunden. Beide Villen waren hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr sehr sauber, gepflegt und boten genügend Platz für unsere gesamte Gruppe. Die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend und hat jeden Morgen und jeden Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.

Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei der Gastgeberin. Sie war unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Egal welche Frage oder welcher Wunsch aufkam – wir wurden jederzeit freundlich unterstützt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt.

Die Villen waren der ideale Ort für gemeinsame Stunden, entspannte Abende und unvergessliche Momente mit Freundinnen. Unsere Geburtstagsreise nach Kreta hätte nicht besser sein können.

Was an amazing stay, the villa is so close to the beach and it has an amazing lookout point with a beautiful sunset to see every night. We were very glad we got to experience this and everything it had to offer.

This villa was absolutely perfect for our family vacation in Crete! Our adult children were in one villa and my husband and I were in the attached the villa. The owners designed their place to have every single luxury we could’ve wanted. The place is pristine and the pools are awesome! The owners are lovely and have so many suggestions of what to enjoy in Crete. The neighborhood is cool and the beaches are a 5ish minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great…villa is in a quiet part of town with breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea…one of the best sunset views! Apartment was clean and well kept and the cleaning service for longer stays was super helpful. Kitchen is well equipped and the welcome snack basket and wine is a nice touch. Nice restaurants near by and in short driving distance…the walk to the beach is strenuous on a gravel road and especially the uphill climb on the way back. But an easy 5 min drive. We couldn’t use the pool much as it was still cold and had taken the chance with not heating it before we arrived. Overall, I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place, away from the bustle and want a place where you can lose track of time in the beautiful views from the patio.

Great place for a peaceful retreat

Beautiful villa, spotless and spacious in a quiet area. The view was amazing and would be hard to beat anywhere, particularly at sunset. Great communication from host, helpful and responsive. 2 local cafes and a mini supermarket very close by. Would definitely recommend if you want to be away from the busy old town/harbour area in superior accommodation. Area would be quite difficult for those with mobility problems although there is a lift within the villa.

Amazing villa in a great setting. Everything was as described. Beds were very comfortable, very good pillows and a proper duvet instead of just a sheet!
The location was very quiet and private. Hosts were excellent and attentive.

Great stay

Of all the years traveling this was the best Airbnb we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Perfect for a multi generation family!

Our family had a great time at the house. The house is beautiful and has lots of room for big families. Stella was great with checking in and helping with some information we needed. I would highly recommend this house as it was the highlight of all the places we stayed in Greece.

Wunderschöne Actea Villa I mit traumhaften Meeresausblick. Super nette Mitarbeiter mit schneller Kommunikation. Hervorzuheben ist auch der Roomservice. Die Ausstattung in der Villa war top gerade mit Baby oder Kleinkind ist alles vorhanden.
Eine wirklich schöne ruhige Lage aber auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch empfehlenswert, um verschiedene Tavernen in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Wir werden uns sicher wieder für eine Villa von Holiways entscheiden. Der Urlaub war rundum perfekt. Danke Holiways

This villa was better than we expected, the photos do not do it justice! Stella from Holiways was our host, and she was so helpful and attentive!

The villa is quite a distance away from Chania Old town, over 40 mins drive, so make sure you hire a car for your stay or have an on call taxi service that is reliable!

We had a group of 8 (two families) and the five bedrooms were perfect! We loved the pool, A/C in each bedroom and host was great!

Lovely villa, clean and comfortable. Exactly like the photos. We had a great time. Walkable to beaches and there is a bus stop 2 mins from the villa that takes you to Chania old town in 20 mins.
The hosts were very friendly and responsive, would recommend staying here.

he villa was nice and spacious. It was great to have 6 bedrooms and 6 baths, with 4 of them being en suite. The yard and pool were very nice. Having 2 kitchens was also great and convenient for guests on the different floors. It was a short drive to restaurants and into town. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here and would recommend it.

It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chania!! Kostas is a wonderful host!!

The location, the communication, and the overall hospitality were exceptional from start to finish.

The apartment has been designed with great attention to detail, and everything is brand new, creating a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This is certainly not a complaint, but rather a friendly suggestion for improvement. The only aspect that could be enhanced is the parking arrangement. Aside from that, everything was truly spectacular. The cleaning service is also a significant advantage and greatly contributes to the overall experience. Very very well done!!

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Häuschen am Meer war mehr als wir uns erträumt hätten. Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Nähe zum
Strand machen es aber sehr besonders. Morgens beim Aufwachen schon das Rauschen der Wellen zu hören und Abends den atemberaubendsten Sonnenuntergang zu erleben, ist eine ganz besondere Urlaubserinnerung.
Wir wurden ganz besonders herzlich und zuvorkommend von Georgios empfangen, der auch zwischendurch immer mal gefragt hat, ob alles in Ordnung ist und uns mit Tipps für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und besonders kinderfreundlichen Stränden versorgt hat.
In ein paar Autominuten sind wundervolle Restaurants sowie Supermärkte zu erreichen.
Alles in allem sind wir sehr glücklich mit unserem Urlaub in diesem Haus!

Super Unterkunft und unkomplizierter Service!

Everything required was provided from cleaning products to honey to wine and coffee.

The villa itself is absolutely amazing and we had a great time.

I had a 9 seater large van and didn’t have issues driving all the way down the steep driveway and into the garage.

Only 15 minutes drive to chania old town.

It was more like a hotel with cleaning services mid week. Can’t fault anything.

Perfect for our 4 day holiday. We were looking for a private and stunning villa for a family of 5. Something that was luxurious, was close to a great beach(5min drive) and had a couple of great restaurants nearby. It was exactly what we were after and the host was excellent! Would recommend!

Enjoyed staying at this little villa! We liked being close to the beach which wasn’t as busy as the beaches closer to the centre. The host went over and above whenever we had a question or request. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Kaldığımız bu evde keyif dolu anılar, bahçede hoş sohbetler etme fırsatı bulduk. Sabah kuş sesleriyle uyanmak, keyifli mutfaklarında sabah kahvaltısı hazırlamak ormana bakarak hep beraber kahvaltı yapmak çok huzurluydu. Havuz küçük gibi görünüyordu ancak yeterli ve derin. Evdeki modern ekipmanlar sayesinde her şey kusursuz eksiksizdi. Gelmeden önce büyük bir marketten alışveriş yapmayı ve evin keyfini çıkartmayı unutmayın. Tekrar gelmeyi çok isterim. Evinizi iyi ki açtınız bizlere harika anılarla döndük 🙏🏼😍

Tremendous place and hosts

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, had plenty of room for our group, and the view was beautiful. The host was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and gave us amazing local recommendations. Check-in was easy and flexible, and the host was always there to help whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay again!

The house is truly impeccable and so well thought out and equipped. Every detail is implemented with a lot of attention and care. It was really impressive to see how many things were provided – from children’s toys to bathrobes. The kitchen even has a proper coffee machine. We spent a couple of very happy days as two families with young children in Kaliviani. Thank you!

This villa is beautiful and the views are stunning, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening. We also liked hearing the sheep and goats bells as they walk along the mountains in the morning. The villa is secluded and you really feel away from it all. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. You can walk to a few restaurants and bars, along with a corner shop and the beach. Falasarna is quiet and you do need a car so you can explore the area.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa verbracht! Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch!

Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und bei jeder Frage schnell erreichbar. Zur Begrüßung hatte sie uns eine Käseplatte sowie einen Wein aus der Region hingestellt (- ein Besuch des Weinguts ist auch zu empfehlen).

Die Unterkunft war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir sind mit Kleinkind und Baby angereist – auch hier wurde an alles gedacht. Die Treppe war mit einer Absperrung gesichert, es gab Babybettchen inkl. Mückennetz, Babyhandtücher und Hochstuhl. Sogar einen „Bouncer“ hat sie uns zur Verfügung gestellt, als sie gesehen hat, dass unser Baby noch nicht sitzen kann. Chrisoula war zu jeder Zeit sehr aufmerksam.

Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% und kommen sicher wieder. 🙂

We had a wonderful stay. Villa was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views, well equiped, and centrally located. Our party of 12 was easily accommodated with space for everyone. Each room had its own onsuite bathroom which was great! Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here and Our host Stella made it even better. From booking to checkout no question or request was too much. The villa was beautiful and clean, just as the photos described. The stay was elevated by the fact that every small detail was considered in the amenities too. We would very much recommend staying here!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and so big and spacious. We loved staying here the only issue was the pool was not warm enough! The water was lukewarm and as the weather got unexpectedly cold we couldn’t use the pool! Other than that, we were so happy with our stay and will visit again

We had such an amazing stay at this villa. It’s beautiful and better than the photos. The view of the mountains is incredible and it’s set in a small sleepy village, but there’s a supermarket and amazing taverna a few mins away in the car.

It’s a more authentic side to Crete, not very touristy and surrounded by lovely villages, with cafes, restaurants and butchers, bakers etc. only 10mins drive away and beaches are about 20mins.

We stayed here with a 3 year old and 1 year old, the open space and garden are perfect, but the stairs are a bit steep, but they did say they’d get a stair gate for one of the bedrooms.

Stella – our host – was amazing. Super responsive, loads of recommendations and a lovely welcome hamper on arrival.

We can’t wait to go back!

We had such a great experience staying here! We were a group of eight girls spending a long weekend together, and the villa was absolutely perfect for a larger group. The pool area with plenty of sun loungers was ideal, and we especially loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom — it made everything so comfortable and easy.

The house is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the gym and sauna, which are perfect options in case of bad weather.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service and support throughout our stay. Communication and organization were on a very high level, and the host constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and felt well taken care of. We would definitely come back!

Spacious and grand, this home was a fantastic oasis in the city of Chania as we explored it’s many wonderful sites and ocean views. Plenty of amenities including two kitchens, an outdoor grill, two pools, and fantastic rooms. I almost didn’t want to leave the cozy house and do the activities planned because of how relaxing it was. A perfect stay, I’d be ecstatic to stay here again!

Mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir jemals hatten! Alles war unglaublich sauber, modern und mit so viel Liebe vorbereitet.
Schon bei der Ankunft hat uns das vorbereitete Willkommenspaket begeistert, sogar einige Lebensmittel standen bereits bereit. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt absolut an nichts. Auch die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war ebenfalls wunderschön und groß genug, sodass alle ausreichend Platz hatten und ihn entspannt genießen konnten. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit der gesamten Unterkunft. Alles war perfekt organisiert und hygienisch. Genau so wünscht man sich eine Airbnb-Unterkunft.

My family really enjoyed our stay in Chania, Sandra was very friendly, professional, and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We did pay to have the pool heated, but the water was still quite cool, so never had the opportunity to use it. That aside, the house was well-stocked, immaculately cleaned, and the three bedrooms were on three different floors, which offered privacy. There is an elevator which makes it incredibly convenient for moving suitcases around. Great visit!

The place is private and very nice. We had a big group of 8 people of which 2 were small kids. The free van added a lot of value. The house was very nice.

There were some restaurants down the hill from were the house was with a small grocery stores. We found a taxi service that took us to town the first time then realized we could walk. Also did a couple day trips. K real this house was very nice and we really loved our stay!!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer für uns tollen Lage direkt am Strand. Von dort aus waren viele schöne Plätze gut zu erreichen.

The host met us at the house and clearly showed us everything. The house was clean and perfectly as posted.

Great accommodations, linens, outdoor space. Great location and very responsive host.

Très chouette séjour, fin avril nous avons eu du soleil toute la journée. Un peu de vent, mais localisation idéale pour profiter de la maison avec 2 jumeaux de 4 ans. Hôte très réactif, vraiment on recommande beaucoup!

The house is thoughtfully designed and provides everything needed for a relaxing holiday—even for the occasional rainy day.
• Entertainment: A ping-pong table, TV, and high-quality Bluetooth speakers provide top-tier entertainment.
• Culinary: The kitchen is excellently equipped. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, and conveniently, additional bottles were available for purchase on-site.
• Sleep Quality: The mattresses are on the firmer side, which I personally found very comfortable and supportive.
Outdoor Area & Location
The absolute highlight is the stunning pool, which, combined with the expansive sea view, creates a true holiday atmosphere.

The villa was excellent and the perfect place for the 12 of us to enjoy Crete. It has everything you need, and if you want any recommendations or help navigating the island then the host Stephanie is excellent and quick to respond and makes your stay that much better.

Situation parfaite pour visiter La Canée et ses environs. Très pratique d’avoir le parking. Situation privilégiée qui domine la ville. Malgré 2 jours de pluie sur 3 jours de séjour, nous étions aux premières loges pour l’arc en ciel au dessus de la ville et le coucher de soleil magnifique.
Nous avons pris l’option piscine chauffée, nous en avons bien profité le dernier jour.
Pleins de petites attentions qui font la différence: nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner, capsules café à foison, peignoirs pour tous, chaussons, comme à l’hôtel ! Console PS5 et quelques jeux.
Bref, une super expérience.

We had a great stay here with friends! The house had everything you need and the pool area at sunset was divine! We didn’t have a car but easily walked to the local busses into Chania.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Accueil et disponibilité de notre hôte appréciés. Vue incroyable depuis la maison, sur la mer et sur les montagnes enneigées. Environnement très calme. Belle piscine, de belle taille, l’eau est froide fin avril mais avec le soleil et un peu de courage, nous avons pu nous baigner ! La maison est très bien équipée, rien n’est oublié, jusqu’à la trousse de secours ! Il faut compter 30 minutes pour rejoindre Chania en voiture. Si vous recherchez une belle maison au calme, pour visiter l’Ouest (Balos, Elafonisi,…) nous recommandons.

This place is great honestly. It is beautiful, great views, walkable to all of old town, pool – what more do you need. We would stay again and highly recommend for others.

Such a beautiful villa! Breathtaking views of water and all the amenities provided. Very responsive host George and Holiways who took care of all our needs and arranged car rental and provided local recommendations ! You will need a car but lots beautiful towns nearby to explore and the beaches are fantastic. Make sure you visit Balos lagoon what a site to see!

Die Owner waren super freundlich und alles wurde sofort umgesetzt an Kleinigkeiten. Der Service war ebenso sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und flexibel. Gute und praktische Ausstattung, Küche war gut ausgestattet für ausgiebiges Kochen und der gemauerte Grill absolut top! Die Betten waren sehr gut! Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Holiways war top.
Die ganze Anlage mit Villa ist sehr gut durchdacht, die Pool Garnituren perfekt und die Lage incl. Aussicht ein Traum. Sehr privat und ruhig.

Es gibt alles was man benötigt (es könnte aber etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden sein).

Um das Haus herum leben viele Ziegen; die aber nicht stören, da das Haus umzäunt ist.

Zum schönen Strand von Phalasarna läuft man ca 5 Minuten.

We really enjoyed our stay. Specifically the heated pool was a big plus, since the weather was mixed during our stay. The house is very nice furnished and decorated, everything is very clean. A special thanks goes to Vasilis, always reachable for us and a perfect guide for any kind of recommendation required. We would come again.

The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the great views, in particular the sunsets. Communication with the host was excellent throughout.

We verbleven hier 4 nachten in April en konden al gebruik maken van het verwarmde zwembad wat een grote meerwaarde is. Gelegen aan de ingang van de Imbros kloof en 20 minuten van de kustdorpjes. Prachtig zicht op de bergen.
Van de weg hebben we geen last gehad. Het huis is super geïsoleerd waardoor je ´s nachts niks hoort.
Alles is aanwezig om je thuis te voelen. Kamers zijn groot, rolluiken aanwezig voor volledige verduistering, wasmachine met droogfunctie…
Ons aanspreekpunt Sophia baat samen met haar familie het restaurant uit recht tegenover het huis. Heel vriendelijke mensen ! We hebben er meerdere keren gegeten.

Super modern place, and very responsive hosts!

To say our stay in Chania exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. The communication from start to finish was outstanding (never had to wait longer than an hour to get a response to all our hundreds of questions), the villa was exactly as pictured, was absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean and it even had a cupboard full of everything a girl could ask for! We loved the robes and slippers to keep us cosy during a rainy morning.

We went as a group of 11 ladies for 4 days over the Easter weekend. We enjoyed the pre stocking service and private chef which were all organised for us upon our request. We had a whole day of sunbathing in April and were able to make the most of the heated pool.

Stella was the most incredible host. She baked us a pie, bought us all a small goodbye gift, treated us to a surprise dessert at a restaurant we went to and came straight over to sort out anything we needed.

Our party of 8 had a great time at Villa Amelia. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed having access to the van to make it easy to get around and explore the beaches and town. We would certainly return.

This is an amazing property. The house is beautiful as in the photos and has all amenities. Three days into the stay the house gets a professional clean plus changing of towels and sheets which felt very luxurious. The pool and garden area are immaculate. We visited early April and this meant most restaurants etc in close vicinity were still closed which was ok with us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and local supermarkets are well stocked. Within a 20 min drive you can find nice restaurants. Must have for staying here: good rugged car (we had a Jeep), the road to the house is through very rocky terrain next to agricultural land. Also if you want to visit local beaches a good Jeep would be best (definitely for Balos). The pool felt cold even though heated but felt very warm on our last day. Maybe we should have asked them to check (the agents are super nice and responsive!).,if it’s your first time there do sound some time in Chania and go to Balos beach! Enjoy.

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in.
The villa is beautiful, has the best view of the sea and sunset and has every amenity you would and could ever want. It was spotlessly clean too. There is nothing to fault at all.
The communication was fantastic, from the point of booking, through check in and out, to having someone throughout our stay we could ask questions. It was amazing! Special thank you to Sandra who was fantastic and the staff manning the airbnb messaging.
The location is great, we went off season so everywhere was quieter but the beaches are beautiful and less than 10 minute walk.
The cleaning and maintenance staff were so lovely and kind.
Already planning when we could come back again!

Our stay at Cielo de Mare was everything we had hoped for. The views of the sea from every window were magical. Sandra was very prompt when we had questions, and checkin and checkout were quick and easy. The indoor space is gorgeous and meticulously clean, and the outdoor space is even better. We loved our time at Cielo de Mare!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Chania. The location, amenities, and interior of this place was perfect. The villa was fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay. As a family who loves to cook, we appreciated all the kitchen appliances available!

The house is located at a very quite, small hill next to the sea. You can meet some local sheep and goats who live in the area. To the large beach, you can walk in 10 minutes. Communicating with George was easy and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful residence. The hosts left a generous welcome gift of local food and wine, and a binder of recommendations for restaurants within a short walk. The two kitchens were fully stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again if we are able to return to Crete. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Chania. The property was beautiful, with stunning views of the ocean and a lovely pool that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was excellent making it easy to explore while still feeling peaceful and private. Best place we ever stayed at.

A beautiful apartment in a great location with lovely views. Three couples stayed here – each in an identically (and beautifully) appointed room. Pro tip – outside (street) parking requires payment – make sure to take advantage of the available spot in the building. Perfectly located with easy walks to the harbor and old town. Elevator is modern and large (and stairs are available for calisthenics!).

Sandra was warm and welcoming, guiding us through everything with clear instructions. She was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself is spectacular and impeccably clean.

This is a wonderful getaway, the host was great and very friendly

This beautiful, spacious home is amazing! It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with 4 of them ensuite. There is a clothes washer which was easy to use. There are kitchens on both levels, each with large dining tables. There’s a large glass elevator to help move suitcases to the lower level. There’s also a Sony PS 5 with it’s own large TV located near the indoor pool on the lower level. A larger TV is mounted in the main level living room and all bedrooms have a TV. During our late December visit we were unable to make use of the beautiful outdoor pool and deck area. At night it has automatic lighting that very nicely highlights the outdoor space. Complimentary foods and beverages were provided and just a short walk from the house is a large multi-level market for anything else we needed during our 3-night stay. This house is so beautiful and comfortable it was hard to venture out each day to explore Chania but was also a place we look forward to returning to at the end of each day.

My wife and I are retired and we travel a ton. We have rarely come across a place as incredible as this. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Extremely modern. The views are second to none of the city and the ocean. Everything is walkable from the condo. 4 private decks. Outdoor gyms and track a stone throw away. I can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed this place. We highly, highly recommend. The pictures don’t do it justice.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this penthouse. The space was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There were lovely holiday decorations that our kids enjoyed. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the views unmatched. The location in Chania was perfect for walking around the wonderful city. The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. We can’t wait to return one day!

George has a beautiful home, it’s one in million. George was an exceptional host. His recommendation of Marcibo Restaurant was spot on—the food was excellent, and the service was the best I’ve ever experienced. We also visited an olive oil factory and honey farm run by his relatives, and they treated us like family- very friendly and wonderful. We stayed here for three weeks and truly loved every moment. From the second we walked in, we felt welcomed, the fridge was generously stocked with all kinds of food, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long flight. The house had everything we could possibly need: books, board games, a wine carafe, espresso cups, and every kitchen appliance imaginable. You can really feel the care put into every detail. When I mentioned to Stella that some pans were scratched, the owner showed up within two hours with brand-new pans and extra utensils. That level of attention absolutely impressed us. The cleaning and pool teams were also wonderful; fast, quiet, and consistently leaving everything spotless. Stella herself was incredible throughout our stay. She replied instantly, was warm and helpful, and made everything smooth and stress-free. A huge thank-you to the entire team, and especially the owners, for going the extra mile. We left with such good memories and would happily return.

Ein kleines Paradies direkt am Meer. Knapp 200 Meter zum Big Beach. Georgis hat sich großartig um unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Täglich kam ein Fischer und versorgte uns mit frischem Fisch, weil wir außerhalb der Saison da waren. Tolle Kontakte, gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Ein Willkommensgruss mit Wein, frischem Obst und Nüssen. Herrlich. So geht Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke Georgis.

The villa was beautiful, quiet, and exactly as advertised. Holiways were very helpful and responsive, answering all our questions well before our stay and communicating clearly throughout. Everything was smooth and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the beautiful house right by the sea. It was the perfect size for our family of five. Falassarna beach is a 5-minute walk away and great for swimming. We loved how quiet it was in October. The nearby “Tiny Beach, Pink Sand” was ideal for our young children. George was easy to reach and gave us tips for wonderful restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains. This problem couldn’t be resolved during our stay and was particularly bothersome at night. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this house.

This was a rare case in which the home exceeded the description on AirBnB. It was a fantstic property and easly adapted for the 14 month old. Just hanging in the very privat courtyard was a great way to chill after a long day adverturing. I highly recommend this property to anyone who needs or desires a Villa in the heart of Chania.

Pictures don’t do this place justice! Very beautiful and feels like a luxury stay. The hosts are very helpful and friendly and make the check in process smooth and easy. I hope to stay here again in the future.

This is a beautiful house with incredible views. It was so spacious and comfortable for our group of six. A little tricky to get in and out of the narrow and highly inclined driveway, but not a big deal. The host was there to meet us at check-in and explain everything. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook. The best part was sitting in the heated pool, watching the sunset. We loved this place.

The villa is very well-equipped and finished to a high standard. Our host personally welcomed us and was very attentive. The location is convenient, with the beach and restaurants nearby. The construction work didn’t bother us much in the end, as the soundproofing is good and the work stops at the end of the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Our stay here truly felt like a vacation. Each room was thoughtfully prepared with bathrooms and slippers for two, and the spacious living area opened through sliding glass doors to a beautiful pool and deck. The large kitchen and airy layout—with glass doors on both sides of the living room—made the space feel open and luxurious. Every member of our group felt pampered and relaxed. It was a wonderful stay, and we would absolutely stay again!

The six of us (Aunts and cousins) stayed here for six nights. It was terrific! Great location to explore the old town or the island. We had a car but it didn’t quite fit in the garage (a van) so we parked in a nearby street for free. But if you have a normal sized car the garage would be handy. The penthouse has great space to hang out together or have your own space. Each room is large and with a nice bathroom. We were very pleased with the communication from the managers. I would stay here again.

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i denne villaen! Huset er stort, veldig fint og har en vakker utsikt. Bassengområdet var perfekt for late dager i sola, og vi hadde også stor glede av å lage middag på utegrillen om kvelden. Verten vår, Nicole, var kjempehyggelig og alltid rask til å svare om vi trengte eller lurte på noe. Holiways var også veldig fleksible, og vi fikk låne både seng, stol og flytevest til barn. Ekstra bonus var det at eieren kom innom med en nydelig hjemmelaget moussaka! Det er kort vei ned til sentrum av Kalyves, og selv om det er litt bratt var det ikke noe problem å gå med barnevogn. Vi var for det meste i villaen da selve byen er liten og ganske uinteressant. Det var også enkelt å få levert mat til villaen fra restaurantene i byen ved å bruke efood-appen. Alt i alt et topp opphold, og vi anbefaler alle som ønsker en rolig uke på Kreta å leie dette stedet! Tusen takk for oss!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wahnsinnig schöner Ausblick, tolle Sonnenuntergänge, super Ausstattung, alles blitzsauber und gepflegt, einfache und schnelle Kommunikation, flexibler Check-in. Alles sah aus wie auf den Fotos und noch schöner. Es gab einen Korb mit landestypischen Spezialitäten und Snacks. Abends kann man auch sehr gut die Sterne beobachten. Um vor Ort sich bewegen zu können, ist meiner Meinung nach ein Auto notwendig. Die letzten Fahrminuten zur Unterkunft führen über eine grobe Schotterstraße. Ist denke ich mit jedem Auto machbar, eine Reifenversicherung ist zu empfehlen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Kreta reisen, kommen wir sehr gern wieder zurück. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für alles.

Sehr sauber, sehr toller Blick. Wir waren alleine in dem ganzen Objekt, allerdings wäre es ausgebucht gewesen (drei Einheiten, drei Pools), kann es bestimmt sehr laut und wenig privat werden.

This listing was perfect for our family group of 8. It was clean and even better in person than in pictures, and the elevator was also very helpful and convenient for some of my relatives who were not as mobile. There were also restaurants and a super market nearby. We would love to stay here again the next time we are back in the area.

Rauhallinen sijainti ja oma pakettiauto plussaa, jolla meidän isompi perhekunta pääsi liikkumaan paikasta toiseen. Asunto oli viihtyisä ja lapset rakastivat omaa uima-allasta. Auringonnousut- ja laskut olivat ihania katsoa omalta kattoterassilta. Jokaisen huoneen yhteydessä olevat omat kylpyhuoneet olivat erittäin hyvä asia. Suosittelen lämpimästi paikkaa muillekin!
