Amazing, the perfect house. Magnificent panorama, great heated pool. Wonderful outdoor kitchen with huge grill and lounge. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. And definitely great support on site. If something is wrong, a satisfactory solution is quickly found. And the cleaning service, perfect and super clean! Always happy to come back, absolute recommendation, thank you! Many great taverns right by the sea and beach within 3-10 minutes’ drive.
PS: The house is accessible by any normal rental car, although the last 3 minutes are on a typical unpaved road for Crete. Just drive slowly, our Renault Clio has done it many times.

Super house with ingenious views of the bay of Falsssarna. Outdoor area (pool, sunbathing facilities, outdoor dining table, etc.) 1a. Only downside: a construction site diagonally in front of the house. Important: you have to have a good car for the last part of the journey.

Three generations of us spent a wonderful week at Villa Cielo. The sunsets were breathtaking and the service was perfect. The owner and Stella were always available and very helpful. We really enjoyed the nearby beaches and the surf. We are happy to recommend Villa Cielo and hope to return.

It starts before the vacation. If you have a question about the vacation (rental car) etc., these are answered practically within a very short time. Many thanks to Stella who looked after us very well before and during the vacation. The way to the house is quite “exciting” the first time and you wonder where you probably end up. After about 3 minutes of bumpy driveway you will be rewarded with a beautiful house with a magnificent view. The house is first class equipped with high-quality furniture and is very well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Nespresso coffee machine which we greatly appreciate. The weather was wonderful and very pleasant during our time. The pool is a bit smaller compared to other villas but quite sufficient. The sunsets at the fire pit with a cool Aperol are wonderful. A really great shopping market is 15 minutes away. You need a car to eat well. Be sure to try Stella’s tips!

Good quality accommodation. Well maintained. Good furnishings and fixtures. Well laid out. Pool is small but the whole terrace area is very well laid out and sunbeds and seating is really ample and gives a nice sense of space. Top marks for simple quality. Stunning views as per Crete standards!

The house is essentially brand new. The pool is beautiful, it all photographs really well. The AC works great, everything is very well built. The views are unmatched. Sunsets from this west facing property are fabulous. It would be ridiculous to not give this property 5 stars. I will say that the property is very exposed to the sun and not a ton of consideration was given to shade. There are many seating areas but they aren’t all super functional and if you want to visit in the summer, as we did, many of the areas are not a very comfortable hang out. Lastly, on the negative side, the road to the house, albeit short, is pretty brutal after a few days of staying there. You sense that there’s a plan to pave a road up there at some point in the future with the development going on around there but it feels like it will be awhile. That said I wouldn’t let that stop me from booking the property, it just came as a bit of a surprise for me.

We had an incredible time at the villa in Falasarna!
The outdoor amenities, including the pool and barbecue area, were absolutely fantastic. We spent our days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying delicious meals cooked on the barbecue. And let’s not forget the view – it was simply stunning, especially during those unforgettable sunset moments.
The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway.
Huge thanks to the hosts (especially S.) and to the owner for providing such a wonderful retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely incredible! Views, pool & outdoor spaces are all stunning. We enjoyed it so much we found it difficult to leave the house and explore the island. Which is a huge compliment to the house and hosts!

Cielo e Mare is a very private space with blue seas, craggy mountains and absolutely amazing views of the sunsets!!!!! Too good to be true really.
We forgot what day it was, we rested and we still got to see lots of the island!
Like anywhere weather dictates what you do. Many days were spent relaxing by the pool or chilling at the pink sand beach, visiting the monasteries is Knossos Palace while windy days were spent reading, relaxing by the pool or eating at the local restaurants.
This Villa is an easy choice.
I hope we can come again.

We moved out of another Air bnb after just one night and found this as an alternative. I’m so glad we did. It’s beautiful inside, with high quality fittings and furnishings. Great attention to detail and brilliant, thoughtful hosting. We were well looked after with the owner bringing us a huge chocolate cake for my nieces on the last day and of we had questions they were always responsive. It’s so well equipped and so well designed. The pool heated up nicely despite the weather being poor. It’s also in a beautiful area and there are so many lovely beaches to explore in Western Crete. Definitely get a car.

It was amazing experience! Villa is really very clean, beautiful, all the little details are just thoughtful. The view is unreal!
Everyone is so friendly! We were so surprised and pleased with little gifts, was really nice. We would love to come again. And definitely recommend it!

Stunning in every way.. if you’re considering this villa, book it as you won’t be disappointed.
Location is idyllic ( although a bumpy track to reach the villa) and the villa is totally equipped for a family stay. The pool area and the outside kitchen dining area is amazing. We loved our stay!

The villa is absolutely stunning (even better than the photos) and the views from the pool are incredible.
We were a party of 3 adults and 2 young children and there was plenty of space indoors and especially outdoors (especially loved the sunken double sun-bed to hide from the kids 😅).
Every detail has been thought of in terms of what guests might need during their stay and we could not have asked for any more. Stella was also a fantastic host throughout our stay.
There are plenty of tavernas to choose from within short driving distance of the villa, and if you opt to eat in for a couple of nights against the backdrop of the most beautiful sunset from the outside dining area, there is a decent supermarket 7 min drive away to stock up.
Do not hesitate to book this villa, you won’t be disappointed 🙂

La villa es increíble! Vistas increíbles a la playa. El espacio exterior es súper grande, con todas las comodidades. Hasta los muebles y equipamiento son de primer nivel. Absolutamente fabuloso.
Hay un pequeño tramo del camino que es medio engorroso para llegar, pero vale absolutamente la pena!
Stella muy amable y gran anfitriona, nos recibió y ayudó con todo lo solicitado.

We stayed in Villa Cielo. It was honestly stunning. The house has 2 bedrooms both en suite upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs with separate bathroom. The kitchen has all the amenities, washing machine, dishwasher, great bbq area. Sun beds really comfortable as are the beds. Great location close to Falasarna beach & small beach which, having done a little road trip to the beaches was our favourite!
Stella was super helpful and communicative and we will definitely be back and we rarely say that about places we go. It is accurately described. We had 2 small children and it was kid friendly, they provided travel cots, high chairs, all the bits we need.
Great week spent and I miss it already!

Sunsets that are now rich memories from this first class villa. Beautifully designed and tastefully appointed, perfect for up to 6 people. I do not recommend to book without a car. If your looking for a quiet location and a villa to spend quality time at, this is the place. Support from Holiway and the Owner was excellent. We truly look forward to returning in the future.

A truly amazing house with everything you may need for your stay, fully equipped with stunning views of the bay.
The people managing the place were very profesional and helpful with everything.

Our group of 6 adults had a wonderful time staying here! The house is incredible. Beds were comfortable, comfy linens, bathrooms were nice (and stocked with toiletries, hair dryers, etc.) and a fully stocked kitchen, including bottles of wine (for 10€ each). The view from the house of Falassarna Beach was stunning, especially at sunset. The beach and a few restaurants are walking distance from the villa.
Stella (our host) was very communicative and gave us a few great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. She greeted us with local Cretan snacks and a bottle of wine. We can’t speak to the pool being heated because a part hadn’t arrived so our experience with it was unheated. Balos Beach parking lot is about 40 mins away by car. Highly recommend Gramvousa restaurant which is near the villa and on the way to and from Balos Beach.
**Since it is so new, and if you are coming from Chania, I would very strongly recommend you set your navigation to drive to Platanos (it’s not that far out of the way, maybe 10 mins) and then from there set it to navigate to the villa to avoid the very, very rocky road in the olive groves that our navigation directed us through. Do not drive through the olive grove.**

Such an amazing villa. Will definitely come again. Beautifully positioned with panoramic views of the ocean with the most incredible sunsets. Multiple Restaurants and lovely beaches close by.
Would definitely recommend a hire though.

Die Villa war wunderschön – genau wie auf den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es hat nichts gefehlt. Besonders abends war die Stimmung traumhaft, mit einem schönen Sonnenuntergang direkt vom Pool aus.
Falasarna Beach ist nur drei Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und ist bestimmt einen Besuch wert. Die letzten etwa 300 Meter der Zufahrt zur Unterkunft sind zwar etwas steinig, aber problemlos auch ohne Geländewagen befahrbar.
Insgesamt eine traumhafte Unterkunft in toller Lage – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

BEST VIEW EVER! The impossible blues of the beaches and sea, the expanse of the night sky. Enjoying the pool. Adventuring to Falassarna beach, Elafonissi, and the famous Balos ‘blue lagoon’. Delicious food at Spilios, and ALEA. A perfect location, views from every room. We absolutely loved our stay.

Wunderschönes uneinsehbares Ferienhaus mit Traumblick über das komplette Gebiet, ruhig oben am Berg gelegen. Auffahrt etwas holprig aber nimmt man aufgrund der tollen Aussicht gerne in Kauf. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Beheizter wunderschöner Pool. Kommunikation sehr gut, Sauberkeit Top, Begrüssungskorb mit griechischen Leckereien, der Besitzer hat uns sogar mal einen leckeren Torte vorbei gebracht. Herzlichen Dank an alle die diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht haben.

Eine sehr schöne Villa in Falassarna. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Man ist nur für sich und das Haus gibt mit Pool genug Platz und Möglichkeiten für bis zu 6 Personen. Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Gastgeber absolut freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.
Immer wieder gerne, Preis-Leistung stimmt. Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben. Vielen lieben Dank dafür.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in West Crete. The villa was a short distance from one of the most beautiful beaches. We used the smaller beach so that our children could swim safely, however, there were three other nearby beaches with lots of facilities available. The view was spectacular and we had a very relaxing time around the pool reading and enjoying the sunsets. We all had a wonderful time and our host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place for a family of four looking for a top notch time together.

Es ist eine wunderbare Villa; sehr geräumig, schön designt, fantastisch gelegen und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Trotz den schönen Stränden in unmittelbarer Nähe, wollten wir das Grundstück kaum verlassen 😉

Our stay at Villa Cielo with Holiways was nothing short of SPECTACULAR. From the moment we booked in February, all the way on the lead up to our arrival and departure, Holiways have attended to us and aided to the most enjoyable holiday of our lives. Their service was excellent, provided advice/suggestions on where to go and where to eat, as well as helped us book a few activities.
Aside from their service, the villa was heaven. Overlooking the ocean, the villa was tranquil. It had many facilities which allowed us to enjoy the villa in several ways, more than just swimming in the pool. There was an outdoor bbq/kitchen, and outdoor lounge area with a fire pit (a perfect place to end the day) a grass are for some morning yoga, etc the list goes on.
The location was a stone’s throw from the best beach phalassarna where we had the best time. There was a local supermarket close by and a pretty cool bar called orange blue!
In short, I will definitely be coming back here again whenever I visit Crete. Crete will always be the island I visit when planning a trip to Greece.
A big thank you to Stella and Anne for making this trip the best memory.

In short: book this place, you will not regret it.
The location on the hillside above the Falassarna bay is stunning, the house is as beautiful as on the pictures and the view is simply stunning. Guests have nearly 180 degree view of the bay and surrounding hills. The host from Holiway (Stella) and house owner were very kind and helpful throughout the whole stay, we got some great advice for activities and local restaurants. The village and nearby town have everything you need for your stay. A good car, ideally SUV, is recommended for getting to and from the house.

Perfect location for a family stay. The villa is just beautiful with the most amazing sea views. The furnishings inside and out are such high quality. The villa has been very carefully thought through and planned to ensure that guests have everything they will need during their stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally by the team. The owner himself was lovely and he paid us a visit also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa and pool were very clean on our arrival and we were welcomed by Maria who helped us to settle in and explained everything we needed to know. Five star service- thank you.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in jeder Hinsicht! Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich, morgens der Blick auf das Meer, die Stille, gelegentlich hört man Ziegen in der Nähe, keine Autos… Die drei Einheiten sind so konzipiert, dass man wirklich überhaupt nichts voneinander mitbekommt. Die gesamte Architektur und Innenausstattung bewegt sich auf einem wirklich sehr hohen Niveau, hervorragende Betten, Sanitär sehr geschmackvoll und tadellos funktionierend, Küche voll ausgestattet, es gibt sogar einen Weinkühlschrank!!! Außerordentlich netter und freundlicher Kontakt mit Stella und Maria. Den Besitzer haben wir leider verpasst, da wir an diesem Tag im Süden Kretas waren, er hat uns einen sehr guten Limonenkuchen dagelassen.
Alles in allem die in allen Belangen bislang beste Selbstverpflegerunterkunft, die wir hatten, nicht nur auf Kreta.

What a lovely place!!
We spent a fabulous week here end of September visiting from Manchester, three couples, and everything was perfect. It has everything you can ask for, view, location, heated pool, access to beach (not only one!), villa itself, not to mention the most beautiful sunset !!
If you are a bbq lover it has a decent bbq!! Team is professional and friendly. Easy check in and access to the villa’s management team for any requirement you might have.
We will happily go back to this villa for our next Crete visit.

Die Villa liegt auf einem Berg und ist über eine nicht befestigte Straße zu erreichen. Durch die hohe Lage hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. In wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht man eine kleine Bäckerei fürs Frühstück und einen Mini-Market. Im Ort sind einige Restaurants mit tollem Ausblick zu finden, ein Auto ist hier aber unerlässlich: den nächst größeren Ort Platanias erreicht man in ca. 30 Fahrminuten.
Die Fotos entsprechen zu 100% der Villa. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Lediglich die Organisation der Reinigungszeiten gestaltete sich schwierig: eine Reinigungskraft für die ganze Villa benötigte mind. 3 Stunden, während wir draußen warteten, um sie nicht zu stören. Die Reinigungszeiten wurden sehr spontan besprochen. Dies wurde bei der Mitarbeiterin von Holiways bereits angemerkt, sie nahm die Kritik professionell entgegen.
Die Sonnenliegen sind sehr bequem und hochwertig, jedoch gibt es am Pool durch die kleinen Strohschirme kaum Schattenplätze. Auch der große Esstisch draußen befindet sich ab einer gewissen Zeit in praller Hitze. Eventuell sollte man hier für Leute, die wie wir nicht an starke Sonnenstrahlen gewöhnt sind, über weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten, zB Sonnensegel nachdenken.
Der Kontakt zu Holiways erweiste sich vor, während und auch nach unserer Reise als professionell und freundlich.
Wir können die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

We had a fantastic week in Villa Mare. The house and garden is wonderful. Everything is well prepared, the service during the week is perfect and the location is awesome.
We loved our week in Falassarna and now we want to buy a house in the area.

Our stay at Villa Mare was splendid. We enjoyed the luxuries of the house and its surrounding area. The Falassarna region is still very quiet and relaxing. It offers a variety of nice restaurants and wonderful beaches.
The sunsets from Villa Mare’s terrace were breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool and lounge areas every evening, stargazing and the sounds Nature helped us relax and recharge.
Stella was a fantastic hostess; she gave us a lot of good advice concerning restaurants and shops and responded very promptly to our inquiries.
You need a car if you want stay at Villa Mare, the place is very safe and you can park your car in a protected area.
We were a party of four people and had lots of space, we highly recommend Villa Mare for your vacation, if you are looking for a clean, quiet, luxurious and simply beautiful place to stay.

Everything was wonderful, and it looks just like the photos. The location is very private and perfectly located within range of many beautiful beaches. Communication using English was a little challenging and led to small misunderstanding that was handled well in the end. I would definitely recommend this place for a wonderful holiday getaway.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön – modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit einer richtig tollen Terrasse und Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das absolute Highlight war aber definitiv die Aussicht – einfach traumhaft, besonders zum Sonnenuntergang.
Auch die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit – immer erreichbar und mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Kleiner Hinweis: Die Auffahrt zur Villa führt bergauf über einen etwas holprigen Weg – aber absolut machbar, selbst mit unserem kleinen Suzuki Swift. Also kein Problem!

Our villa was amazing! Situated on a hillside overlooking beautiful Falasarna Beach, this villa is the epitome of luxury. Even more spacious than it looks in the pictures, it has an extremely comfortable bed, wonderful shower with plentiful high-quality bath products, and a well-stocked kitchen. The view is outstanding with picture-perfect sunsets. The pool temperature was just right, which we used daily, and the outdoors is just as luxurious, with comfortable loungers and outdoor dining. Even though there are two other houses on the property, the design offers total privacy, and being built into the hillside it remained cool and comfortable, without needing to use the AC. Sandra and the Holiways team are top-notch, very proactive and communicative, and will help with anything you need, and left us a lovely welcome basket with delicious local treats. We felt spoiled! It was a perfect relaxing way to end our vacation, and we highly recommend this property and Holiways. We will be back!

Wer eine ruhige Atmosphäre und ein „wie-zuhause-fühlen“ Erlebnis schätzt, der ist hier genau richtig. Wir konnten gut abschalten und hatten alles vor Ort was man gebraucht hat. Die Kommunikation verlief steht’s schnell, zuversichtlich und freundlich. Würden immer wieder hierherkommen.

Brand new villas, easy to park, the last few meters are a bit off road but easy to do if you go slowly! The view is superb! The host was nice and responsive! We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay in Crete for a peaceful and private getaway near beautiful beaches. The villa is luxurious and the view is amazing. Stella is a great host. Easy to communicate with. Tolle Ferien!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und bestens für Couples.
Der Ausblick ist das absolute Highlight und lädt dazu ein den Sonnenuntergang vom Haus aus zu sehen. Zudem gab es viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool.
Die Küche, das Badezimmer und der Schlafbereich sind mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es hat und an nichts gefehlt.
Die Gegend ist auch wunderschön und ruhig. Nur 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt hat man Sandstrände mit türkis-blauem Wasser und super Restaurants wie beispielsweise „Spilios“.
Ach ja, wir haben uns in diesem Haus zum Sonnenuntergang verlobt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😉

We had an incredible stay and the hosts were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. The place itself is unique and private, close to a handful of beautiful beaches while the private pool/sunset view/bbq made it a nice evening spot for us while our toddler slept.
The hosts checked in on us and gave us little gifts throughout our stay. Super hospitable.
Above and beyond – the children’s crib was a bit unstable and they wasted no time to fix it for us the moment we asked about it.
At the end of our trip, our car battery drained, and during our checkout they quickly arranged for their mechanic contact to give us a jump, saving loads of potential stress.
I can only recommend this spot especially for a small family or couple. You can easily keep an eye on your little ones with the open living concept and grassy area.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Vista. We were looking for a quiet get-away and so came to crete in early April, just before the busy season. The apartment is situated in a rural area, nestled among olive groves and tomato farmers. We hired a car, and found the parking to be secure, with lots of space. The road to the apartment is rocky, but even in a small car we manged it fine just by taking our time. The apartment itself feels very private, and it’s clear that lots of thought has gone into the design of every living area – something we really appreciated. Self catering was easy with the facilities provided (although some plastic food containers would be handy for picnics). Our host Stella was attentive and always on hand via text if needed. We had a bbq outside thanks to all the equipment being provided. The views from the apartment pool area are lovely, and the sunsets were particularly impressive. We could easily have stayed a few more days, it’s a great base. Thank you so much!

Tausend Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Uns hat eigentlich alles begeistert. Der persönliche Kontakt zu allen an der Vermietung Beteiligten war
überaus sympathisch.
In unserer Unterkunft hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Ansprechend, ruhig, durchdacht und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse mit dem beheizten Pool ist kaum einsehbar und der sensationelle Blick aufs Meer hat uns sehr glücklich gemacht.
Der Schotterweg zur Unterkunkt verliert mit der Zeit seinen Schrecken und wurde sogar während unseres Aufenthalts etwas ausgebessert. Wir haben die Anmietung des SUV nicht bereut, auch deshalb nicht, weil er bei unserer Tour zum Balos Beach unsere Nerven geschont hat.
Die Gegend der Villa Vista ist wunderschön. Phalasarna Beach ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und traumhaft schön, wie auch andere Strände in der Nähe.
Billig war die Unterkunft nicht, aber jeden Cent wert.
Wir werden diesen Urlaub niemals vergessen. Danke!

È stata una delle migliori esperienze su airbnb. La casa è esattamente come in foto, super pulita e accessoriata. La vista è incredibile, il giardino è molto rilassante e con completa privacy.
L’host è stato super reattivo, gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fornito tantissimi consigli su spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Das Airbnb auf Kreta war ein wirklicher Traum und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Allerdings fanden zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten direkt vor der Unterkunft statt. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, im Vorfeld darüber informiert zu werden.

Absolutely stunning villa, just like the photos, if not better. Unfortunately, when we visited their was some construction immediately in front of our villa, this is no fault of the owners or the villa itself (and was only for a few hours per day) and did not spoil our trip. Stella, the host and the owner could not have been kinder and more accommodating to make up for this! Most generous Air BnB hosts I’ve stayed with, their communication and commitment to ensuring we had the perfect stay was 10/10 ! We highly recommend staying in this villa. We would love to return.
Only slight issue is the road to get to the villa. It is an ‘off-road’ farming dirt track with lots of big loose rocks, not ideal for small hire cars and taxis will not drive up the hill to the villa.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this stunning villa! We were blown away by the breathtaking views and the beautiful villa from the moment we arrived. The villa is beautifully designed and has everything you need, including high-spec appliances.
The location is perfect for exploring the west coast, with Elafonisi and Balos within easy reach.
The host, Stella, was super friendly and provided great recommendations, including places to eat, where to go grocery shopping, etc.
We loved the privacy and quiet surroundings, and the view of the sunset each night was absolutely incredible. You can’t go wrong with this villa if you’re looking for a place to unwind and relax in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend!

This is the most beautiful villa! The views are breathtaking and the sunsets are incredible. The villa is equipped with everything you need, the barbecue is fantastic and Stella is the best host, always on hand to answer your questions and support with extras such as rental cars and recommendations to eat and drink. Fallasarna beach has a number of tavernas and places to eat along the coast just 10 min walk and there are 2 mini markets nearby for essentials. Can’t wait to come and stay again. Highly recommend.

Great villa, fantastic outside space.

The villa is as great as it looks it the pictures. Maybe even better, because photos cannot capture the natural cool temperature inside the villa which is like a cave inside the ground. Views and sunset are breathtaking and you can only hear the birds around you. There is also a market nearby, and it’s very close to the beach. It’s also a convenient place to stay if you want to visit both Elafonisi and Balos. Overall it is a very memorable place to stay!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay in this villa. The panoramic view of the bay from the pool/garden is one of the best in the area and is an excellent place to unwind and watch the sunset. The villa itself is carefully thought out and has everything you need. All appliances etc are high spec.
The villa is a 10 min walk from the closest tavernas and small shop. A nice place to start your walk along the ocean front. For a short stay you can manage without a car (if you don’t mind hiking up a small hill to the villa) but would definitely recommend one for a longer stay.

Expect exactly what you see in the photos. Everything was prepared so well prior to our arrival. We were messaged directly with recommendations for grocery shopping on the way to the villa and our arrival time was accommodated precisely.
The view is breathtaking, unobstructed direct view of the sea from the entire villa. We enjoyed the privacy and quite surroundings. Perfect spot for a couple to decompress. And the most important part, the sunset…absolutely incredible direct view of the sun setting over the sea each night.

Probably the most amazing villa I have ever stayed in. The Airbnb itself is perfectly equipped, the communication with hosts is incredible, it is immaculately clean and the location is perfect. The biggest selling point of the villa is the view which offers beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Staying here provided me with so much peace and happiness.
I would definitely recommend hiring a car for easy access to fantastic restaurants and amazing beaches.

Un superbe séjour dans une villa très belle, propore et bien équipée avec en prime une piscine privée chauffée.
Rien à redire sur le logement juste la route d’accès à la villa qui est en mauvais état mais ce n’est pas grand chose.

L’endroit est incroyable ! On est vraiment entre ciel et mer. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques, la piscine chauffée un gros plus, nous avons pu profiter de se baigner debut novembre.
Plein d’attentions, le frigo était plein de nourriture, des fruits sur la table. Tout était parfait ! La communication avwc stella était parfaite , toujours très disponible.
Petite précision , les 700-800 derniers metres jusqu’à la propriété ne sont pas asphaltés , c’est une piste avec des gros cailloux et des trous, comme les voitures de location n’ont pas d’assurance pour le « off-road » il faut juste le savoir .
Nous garderons cette adresse pour des futures vacances ! 🙂

Pink Sandy beaches, perfect September sunsets in a pretty special hideaway.
Stella was the perfect holiday host, helping us before we arrived, assisting us when we were there giving us great recommendations for where to eat, explore and enjoy.
The villa’s views are out of this world. It’s extremely private, calming and deafeningly quiet. The outside area is generous with a lovely pool, high quality sun beds and a perfect outdoor cooking space. A particular highlight of our stay was having front row seats for the sunsets with our sundowners. Recipe for a perfect romantic getaway.
Inside the villa was cute, well equipped and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and perfectly positioned to wake up to the incredible view of the sea.
Our stay was made even more special by all the small touches made by Stella. You are made to feel like you the only clients who is looking after.

Grossartige, stilvolle und sehr kompakte Location. Ein wirklich romantischer Platz für Erholung, Meditation und Zweisamkeit. Fantastische, ruhige und wunderschöne Lage. Stella erwies sich als aufmerksame, hilfsbereite und liebenswürdige Kontaktperson. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und prompt. Einzige Trübung unseres Feriengefühls: Sehr laute Nachbarn, die zu sechst wenig Rücksicht auf uns ruheliebende Gäste nahmen.

Prachtige ondergrondse villa, heel smaakvol ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt. Stella ontvangt je met veel plezier en staat klaar voor alles wat je zou nodig hebben. Een heerlijk zwembad met zicht op zee. Heel rustige omgeving. De perfecte getaway voor een heerlijke vakantie in Kreta. We kunnen deze villa zeker aanbevelen!

We were the first to stay in this property and we did not know what to expect. The villa looks beautiful in the pictures but once we arrived it is simply breathtaking: the location is right above Falasarna beach with an incredible view of the sea and sunset. The villa is well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay indoors and outdoors down to the very last detail. From a fully equipped kitchen to towels, bluetooth speakers, pool-side mattresses and sun beds, the villa is designed with great taste and quality of materials. Upon our arrival we met Stella with whom we immediately fell in love. She was available at all times, had fantastic recommendations for everything and always made us feel at home with her positive energies and patience. Any question we had, we wrote to her and immediately she responded with suggestions and recommendations. It made our entire stay so smooth and enjoyable. This is one of the best places we stayed in and definitely would want to go back to, because of the location, the property and the hospitality. Thank you so much for making our vacation magical.
