Indoor facilities
The villa’s interior areas are airy and spacious with modern design and elegant decoration creating a warm atmosphere. There are plenty of spaces for the whole guests to relax together in the living area with a sofa, a 55’’ satellite TV, and a fireplace. The dining table for 9 guests and the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances complete the ambiance. The four bedrooms are divided into three floors, offering privacy to its guests. On the first floor, there is a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the same floor, there are twin single beds that can be set up as king-size beds. Bedroom number three, also, has two twin single beds that can be set up as a king-size bed.

On the lower floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchenette, a playroom with a 55’’ HDTV, a home cinema, a Nintendo, and a bathroom with a shower. A small studio is located near the main building which has an entrance with two single beds, a smart TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Do you want to exercise during your holidays? There is a wooden house near the pool, which is fully equipped with gym equipment and a bathroom.

Outdoor facilities
The luxury and the comfort extended to the outdoor area. Surrounded by many trees, the outdoors offers many wonderful spots like the BBQ area and living area with two dining tables, one for 6 guests and another one for 6 guests for lounging day and night. The outdoor swimming pool (40 sqm & 1.60m depth), the sunbeds, and the umbrellas offer an awesome view of the sea, taking your breath away. Relax under the sun while your kids play on the playground.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 3-4 days’ notice for this service.
