The refreshing outdoor private pool with the integrated jacuzzi is the best part of the residence where you can enjoy unspoiled moments of relaxation under the warm sun while blending harmoniously with the city view. The lounge and dining area for 6 guests is the perfect spot where residents can enjoy optimal habitation and a dazzling view from the sea, the town of Chania Town, and the White Mountains.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 25 – 26°C depending on weather conditions. We request 7 days advance notice for this facility.

Fireplace Policy
The gas fireplace is available for guest use only from November until the end of March.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 1.5€ per night/villa from March to October and 0.5€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid on booking.
