Indoor facilities
Villa Eros is a three-ground floor residence and consists of five cosy-designed bedrooms on the ground floor with en suite bathrooms. Three of them provide an amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Each bedroom has a stone-faced bathroom and a separate WC is located on the first floor which is suitable for all guests. Minimal, modern, and sleek these are the major pillars of the creation of this Villa. The flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and the artificial eco fireplace create the best atmosphere for cozy evenings with your friends and family. In the same area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Villa Eros is the luxury oasis that you will fall in love with this summer.

Outdoors facilities
The large-sized swimming pool (1.5m – 2m deep) filled with fresh seawater is the highlight of the exterior area. The best idea is to savor a dip into the pool, in which you’ll leave behind all your problems. On the right side of the pool, there is a dining area where the guests can relax, and taste some traditional dishes while watching the sunset. The sincere desire of the staff to make your stay special. Don’t forget that the secure parking area is on the front side of the villa and is suitable for 2 cars.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

A security deposit is required.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.

The place is designed for various events with picturesque views that can be attended by up to 50 people. Private beach right in front of the villas with a platform made of natural stone with steps to the sea, equipped with a bar, a dressing room, and a freshwater shower club car that moves around the complex. Tell the staff, and in a few minutes you will be transported to the lower cluster, where a chapel, playground, as well as fitness and grill areas, are located, or directly to the beach
