Indoor facilities 

A three-story villa of 450 sq.m, that can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 people if it is necessary. On the ground floor, there is an open plan area consisting of a living room with a fireplace, a 47” satellite TV with Netflix, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. There is also another sitting area with a great view spreading in front of it. The living room area opens to a veranda with a sitting area that has direct access to the pool. An office room and a WC are also on the same floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two with double-size beds and the other one with two single beds that can be converted into a double. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also the main communal bathroom with a Jacuzzi on the same floor. All the bedrooms offer gazing sea views on the first floor.

On the ground level, there is a gym, an open plan area consisting of the playroom area, and the secondary kitchen. The gym is equipped with a wide range of fitness equipment such as a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, abs equipment, a fitness multifunctional apparatus, and exercise balls. The playroom area contains a large sofa, a 50” TV with Netflix, Playstation4 with games, board games, toys for young children, a billiard, and a ping pong table. Moreover, there are two bedrooms on the same floor, one with a double-size bed and the other one with two single beds which also can be converted into a double-size bed. On this floor also can be found a communal bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor facilities

The exterior area consists of a private swimming pool of 90s sqm an unbelievable view of the sea. The BBQ area with a sink and a wood oven completes the outdoor facilities with the dining tables under a pergola. The villa offers the ability to enjoy an unforgettable experience next to nature where you can see 150 different kinds of flowers and trees that surround the villa, fruit trees, garden with a variety of fruits such as peach, apple, pear, grape, and range.
