The residence is a three-storey villa in front of the sea. On the ground floor, there are two open-air living rooms with a satellite TV, sofas, stereo, air-conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for an unforgettable cooking experience. Moreover, there is a fireplace, a dining room, a bathroom suitable for all the guests, and a bedroom with a double-size bed. The area has direct access to the exterior place and a large terrace with a pool and a gazing view of the sea. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double-size bed, a wardrobe, air-conditioning, a satellite TV, and a balcony overlooking Hersonisos and the sea. There is one more bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, air-conditioning, a balcony with an amazing garden view, and a luxury bathroom. On the same floor, there is a space where you can relax on a terrace with a sitting area where you can enjoy your coffee. An external staircase leads to the third level, there is a studio with a double bed, a wardrobe, an equipped kitchen, an open-air living room, a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. Out of the studio, a fully equipped kitchen with a barbecue and a dining area is ready to welcome you!

Outdoor facilities

The exterior area features a BBQ area with an oven, grill, and an outdoor table for 6. The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large private swimming pool which awaits for you to relax and enjoy the sun and a swim with your friends and loved ones. The garden of the villa has a lot of trees, flowers, a lawn, and a gazebo with outdoor dining for all the guests to sit and enjoy their meal or a glass of wine under the starlight sky. From the garden, you are just a few steps to the beach where you can enjoy your bath in the sea.
