Indoor facilities
This residence is a single ground-floor villa featuring three bedrooms, one with a double-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, and two with twin-size beds. Comfort and coziness are provided. On the same floor, there is an open-air living room with a sofa and a satellite TV, and pretty close to it there is a kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities and appliances where you can enjoy an unforgettable cooking experience. A communal bathroom is suitable for all the guests. Natural materials, soft tones, and particular architecture, great attention to detail create a warm and stylish atmosphere. More importantly, it is a great place to spend quality time with your family and friends creating memories for a lifetime. This villa is about the ultimate holiday sensation, a carefree feeling!

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool which is surrounded by the sun loungers and an umbrella. The garden of the villa is covered with grass while you can enjoy the Cretan sun and nature on the sun loungers next to the pool there is a dining table where you can enjoy traditional Cretan cuisine.  A place where the only noise that you will hear, will be the sound of the birds and the summer breeze. Villa Karina has views over the surrounding countryside and valleys of pine forest and olive groves unfolding towards the White Mountains.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
