Indoor facilities

Villa Charlotte is a two-storey villa divided into two properties, consisting of five bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor with double-size beds with a sea view, and on the upper floor, there are three more double-size beds. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and a fireplace. The architectural design that has been used is clearly the reason why this villa is completely different from all the others while in the meantime modern and luxury furnishing completes the property and gives the perfect space to relax and have private carefree days. The access to the exterior area is direct offering fantastic sea and pool views. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. On the upper floor, there are three double-size beds with their own ensuite bathrooms, private balconies, and a gazing sitting area. 

Outdoor facilities

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa. The location of villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. 

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
