On the ground floor, there is a living room area that offers a comfortable stay and it is equipped with a flat-screen TV, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and facilities. This Villa consists of three bedrooms, with two double and one single bed with ensuite bathrooms. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms. A bedroom with a double-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a gazing sea and pool view, and direct access to the exterior area. Two bedrooms, one with a double size bed and an ensuite bathroom and one with two twin-size beds that can be converted into a double size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a garden view in the back of the villa. The Villa has been furnished with minimal décor, although the few furnishings that have gone into making the structure have been carefully and tastefully chosen to enhance the aesthetics, comfort, and the luxury of the villa. With a max. capacity to host 8 guests (two more in sofas or extra beds), the spacious-built villa is ready to welcome you! The amenities include Wi-Fi, Cable-satellite TV, air-conditioning, and many more that will make your stay a very comfortable one.

On the outside, the villa has shaded areas and pergolas, making it a perfect place to stay during your vacation. A swimming pool offers you relaxation and at the end of the day enjoy the magnificent sunset while drinking a glass of wine. The entire property has been crafted to give you a heightened sense of relaxation and peace. Overlooking the deep blue Cretan Sea, and with its infinity pool, the Bonsai villa is the perfect combination of everything Greek – the pleasantly warm sun and the refreshing emerald sea, in a stylish environment with a breathtaking view of the Cretan Sea.

The villa is part of a complex with five luxurious & autonomous villas, located one close to the other. Four of the villas have two floors while the fifth is a one-floor villa.

Falassarna is a small resort boasting one of the best-known beaches in Chania Prefecture and is a paradise for nature lovers. Falassarna is also known for its magnificent sunset which can be admired the best during the summer month. The area of Falassarn is also well-developed and has a lot of different types of luxury villas you can stay in and spend a few days there. At Falassarnа you can find some restaurants, beach bars - cafes where you can spend your time enjoying the sunset in the evening, or you can enjoy it while staying in a luxury and private villa. If you are a romantic, you have to wait for the sunset because it is considered one of the best and must be seen while staying in Falassarna due to the magical landscape and the immense horizon.
Also in the western part of Chania, there are more beautiful beaches to visit such as Balos and Efafonissi.
