Indoor facilities

Set in gardens of flowering shrubs, trees, and herbs, with the faintest aroma of lavender on the light breeze, With natural stone terraces and balconies. Cozy yet elegant, the large outdoor dining area has a pergola that regulates the shade and the sun throughout the day. The living space of Charisma is over two distinct floors and features large “picture” windows that bring in natural light and offer impressive panoramic views. The ground-floor access opens to a spacious living room, with an eco-friendly fireplace at its heart. The open plan kitchen features practical Corian work surfaces and the latest appliances and incorporates an informal dining area. A free-standing metal staircase leads to the master bedroom on the first floor where the en-suite bathroom and bath, and the large balcony and unique private outdoor seating space, allow you to gaze out over the bay. Meanwhile, the ground floor double/twin bedroom en-suite bathroom with a walk-in spa shower area has a separate entrance with large doors opening onto the terrace.

Outdoor facilities

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool which has a heated pool system that seems to attract permanent sunshine which offers to gaze at the sea and lets you get closer to nature and enjoy the Greek sun. Sunbeds surround the pool and a dining area for 6 under a protected pergola completes the exterior area.

The important feature of the landscape of this area is the well-known olive oil that is popular for its nutritional value which is produced by olive trees. It is well-known that Crete has rich fauna and flora. The modern stones of the exterior walls match the surrounding area.

The swimming pool of 32 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump at about 28°C depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is 80€ per day extra (extra charge applies for higher temperatures required). We request three days' advance notice for this facility. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve the best pool heating effect. Min use is 5 days.

Villa Charisma is part of a complex with 8 luxury villas, each one with its private facilities and amenities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
