Villa Claire is a two-storey villa that can host up to 6 guests, consisting of three bedrooms, two of them located on the ground floor and the third one is on the first floor. Each bedroom on every floor has an ensuite bathroom something that makes your stay easier and more private. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV, a fireplace, and amazing sea views. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

Outdoor facilities

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa. The location of the villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains.
