The villa is set all on one floor, with 3 airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, there is also the living room with a satellite TV. The kitchen is well-organized with all the electrical appliances. Villa Calypso is part of a complex of four private luxury villas set on a hill with gorgeous Sea views.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
