Indoor facilities
This residence is a three-level villa featuring four bedrooms, two on the ground floor one with a double-size bed, and one with twin-size beds. There is an open-air living room on the same floor with a sofa and a satellite TV. Near it, there is a kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities and appliances to enjoy an unforgettable cooking experience. A communal bathroom is suitable for all the guests with a shower and a washing machine. Natural materials, soft tones particular architecture, and great attention to detail create a warm and stylish atmosphere. More importantly, it is a great place to spend quality time with your family and friends creating memories for a lifetime. This villa is about the ultimate holiday sensation and carefree feeling!  On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double-size bed, air-conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the bedroom that a more adult could accommodate. Furthermore, there is a secondary living room with a Smart Satellite TV and a PlayStation 5 console. Also in the attic, there are three single beds with A/C provided. The wooden and warm doors, the natural beams, and the stone craftsmanship make the villa your own private country home.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool which can be heated after request and is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden of the villa is covered with grass while you can enjoy the Cretan sun and nature on the sun loungers next to the pool. Dine under the shade in the garden canopy and don’t forget to enjoy the Greek fabrics and artifacts that add to its authenticity with stone archways. Don’t miss the parking space for your vehicles. Let your hair down and enjoy the moments of calmness and relaxation.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
