Luxury newly built villas above Chania Town’s lights and the Cretan Sea’s blue waters. Omnia Villas, is a hilltop holiday residence, with 6 airy bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms ideal for 12-14 guests. Set only a few minutes’ drive away from the Beach of Kalathas and the town of Chania. With its high quality of facilities and amenities, the secluded stylish, and stunning views will definitely be a true paradise for a vacation in Crete!

Omnia Villas are two twin villas located in a privileged location with gorgeous views, high-end amenities, and modern design. Each one has autonomy.

Indoor facilities
On the ground floor, a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances (fridge, espresso, and filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, boiler, and dishes-utensils for all the guests), a living area with a fireplace place, a big flat Smart TV 60’ with satellite channels and a dining area suitable for 6 guests are found. On the same floor, near the elevator, there is a WC for all the guests and a washing machine.

The villa’s three bedrooms are on the first and the second floor. The first bedroom has a double-sized bed (160 x 200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, the second one has a double-sized bed (160 x 200) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub while the third one has a king-sized bed (180 x 200) on the roof and a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request in advance. Each bedroom has direct access to the balconies, a smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi access, bath amenities (shampoo and shower gel), linens and towels (pool and bath) for all the guests, a hairdryer, and high-quality mattresses.

The base capacity for Omnia Villas is 12 guests (that can comfortably be hosted in the 6 bedrooms) with a maximum capacity of 16 guests (four more guests can be hosted on the sofa on the upper floor that can be converted into four single beds upon request in advance). For above 12 guests there is an extra charge per person/night. In case guests wish to use the sofa beds in the upper floor bedrooms as beds there is going to be an extra charge per night/person even if the base capacity of 12 guests has not been exceeded.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is perfectly designed based on the marvelous views with a swimming pool suitable for both adults and kids, a shower, sunbeds, tables, and chairs. Sit in one of the outdoor spots, and enjoy the sunset over the horizon with a glass of wine and your loved one.

On the lower level, there is a secure parking space suitable for 4 cars.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pools can be heated for an additional cost using a Pool Heat Pump. From November to March, the pool temperature is set at 22-23°C and during April, May, and October, the pool temperature is set at 27-28°C depending on the weather conditions. Please note that we require 7 days’ advance notice for this facility and the minimum usage period is 3 days. The cost of the heated pools can be pursued only with cash.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid via bank transfer on booking.
