Indoor facilities
This villa is fully equipped with everything that you can imagine. Villa Alas can host up to 8 people and consists of four spacious bedrooms with four luxurious bathrooms (three of them are ensuite) set on two floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, the first one is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and one more bedroom with a wardrobe. On the lower floor make yourself comfortable in the open plan living area -curl up on the sofa, a Satelite TV, a three-sided fireplace, a PlayStation, and a large dining table where you can share meals with your loved ones at the teak dining table. A fully equipped contemporary kitchen has all the branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience and providing a great sea and pool view. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, with an ensuite bathroom, and a terrace on the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular view, and a second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a private terrace for an uninterrupted view. In the same area, you will find an office where you can work or study at a glass desk. In the basement, there is a gym with a treadmill and all the necessary equipment and a fully equipped bathroom too. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. The villa has a private entrance with a remote-controlled electric gate and parking for several cars including 2 shaded pergola areas.

Outdoor facilities

An outdoor dining area with loungers and umbrellas makes the perfect spot to soak up the rays of the Cretan and Warm sun., An open plan kitchen with a BBQ for creative culinary nights and the outstanding swimming pool for you and your loved ones to enjoy and relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset and the breathtaking views over the bay of Chania. The pool can be heated upon request with full under-floor central heating and patio heaters in the outside dining area. The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains.
