Indoor facilities
Villa Anassa is a two-story property with high-quality amenities and facilities. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a satellite TV, DVD player & sound system, and direct access to the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances is ideal for an unforgettable cooking experience. A bedroom with a king-size bed is located on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to the outdoor & pool area. The second bedroom is on the upper floor with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and an amazing view from the private balcony.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool which lets you enjoy the Greek Sun, the real calmness, and at the same time gaze at the endless view of the sea. A dining area for 6 persons under a protected pergola is pretty close to the pool. The dining area is the ideal place for you and your loved ones to enjoy your meals under the starlight sky. Don’t miss the parking space for your vehicles!

The important feature of the landscape of this area is the well-known olive oil that is popular for its nutritional value which is produced by olive trees. It is well-known that Crete has rich fauna and flora. The modern stones of the exterior walls match the surrounding area.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool of 32 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump at about 28°C depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is available at an extra charge per day (an extra charge applies for higher temperatures required). We request three days’ advance notice for this facility. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve the best pool heating effect. The minimum use is 5 days or the whole guest stays for longer periods.

A security deposit is required.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.

Villa Anassa is part of a complex with 8 luxury villas, each one with its private facilities and amenities.
