Villa Andrae is a brand new three-story luxury villa, located in the Akrotiri peninsula near Chania. The accessibility to the sea within 5 minutes provides you with the comfort to enjoy the turquoise waters and the Cretan sun. Let’s take a closer look at the Villa, shall we?

Indoor facilities
Villa Andrae is a three-story villa consisting of four bedrooms, and it can comfortably host up to 10 guests. The main open-plan luxurious living room with a sofa, a satellite TV, and a large window create transparency providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor area and offering direct access to the pool. Two of them on the first floor one with twin beds with a sea view and another double bed. The neutral-toned sectional and the dining table for 8 are comfortable and inviting and the separate kitchen pretty close is fully equipped. Off the main living area, there is a toilet suitable for all the guests. The entire villa has 4 double bedrooms over 3 levels, 3 of them with en-ensuite bathrooms and a 4th bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A double size bedroom is located on the ground floor and can be shared with the fitness room with two single sofa beds that can be converted into a double or a single bed. On the upper floor, there is one more double-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a private balcony, and a sitting area. On the second floor, there are two further bedrooms one with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room, and a walk-in wardrobe, and the other bedroom has a double size bed with an en-suite shower room too, both of them have breathtaking views of the Cretan sea. Furthermore, the room provides access to the jacuzzi and the sitting area with breathtaking mountains and sea views. No need to mention that in the basement there is a parking space with a remote-controlled garage door and a laundry room with a washing and dryer machine, an iron and ironing board, and a sink.

Outdoor facilities
Dive into the large swimming pool, which can be heated upon request at least 7 days in advance at extra cost, and enjoy the Cretan sun. Pretty close there is a modern pergola that creates the perfect spot for you and your loved ones, where you can enjoy your breakfast, BBQ, or even your cocktail! For tennis lovers, the villa provides a large tennis court while at the same time is surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens. All the spots offer amazing views of the sea pool and the sunset.

The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.
