Experience true luxury in our villas while enjoying the privacy of a remote area, as well as easy access to the local community of Sisi-Lasithi. Whether you choose to sit and relax by the pool or sunbathe on the beach that is just 700 m away, the newly built modern villas are the perfect choice for a small group of friends or a family. Calma is actually two twin villas, each one with 3 bedrooms, privacy, and autonomy.

Indoor facilities
Villa Calma East is a two-storey villa, on the ground floor there is an open-air living room with a fireplace, a sofa, and a satellite smart TV. In the same area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for an unforgettable cooking experience. It can host up to 6-8 persons and for your safety, there is a smart house alarm system. The minimal colours and the modern architectural design creates the perfect location for your vacation experience. A dining table for 8 guests exists in the same living area and on the first floor there is a double-size king bed with a satellite TV and balcony view. On the upper floor, there are two king-size bedrooms with satellite TV and ensuite bathrooms with showers and a gazing sea view from the balcony.

Outdoor facilities
The private swimming pool which is surrounded by sunbeds offers moments of relaxation for you and your loved ones. The exterior area is designed in a way so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest away from the noise and the fast way of living everyday life. In the same area, you can find a barbeque space and a dining table right in front of the pool. Don’t need to mention that the residence provides special care in the exterior area for people with disabilities and there is plenty of space for parking your vehicles.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.

A security deposit is required.
