Indoor facilities
Villa Dimi is a three-storey villa consisting of four bedrooms, three of them are located on the upper floor with double beds, especially one of them has an ensuite bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped modern kitchen with branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room, a living room, and a fireplace with direct access to the garden. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. It is comfortable and cozy surrounded by olive groves so is an ideal place for relaxation. The fourth bedroom is on the lower floor with a twin-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the same floor, you will find a sitting area with sofas, a satellite smart TV, and a PlayStation console. The basement features gym equipment, treadmills, dumbbells, an exercise bench, and fitness mattresses. Sofas with a smart satellite TV and a football table complete the general design of the basement. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool which can be heated upon request, at least 7 days in advance, at an extra cost. The lounge area, the sofas, and relaxing sitting areas make it the ideal spot to relax in an oasis with the only sound that you will hear will be the summer breeze and the birds. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of tranquility for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds give you the chance to enjoy the Cretan sun. More furniture in the exterior area, a hammock, a wooden pergola with a bed for massage, and another one with a sitting area complete the place’s scenery. The sauna is the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate, the private cinema offers cozy nights for you and your loved ones under the starlight sky and the artificial pond completes the scenery giving you the perfect oasis with olive trees and flowers. The wide range of elements that are being used in this villa creates a mixed and modern way of living with an Eastern essence of tranquillity and inner peace. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided in the villa.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
