Villa Domenica is located in the area of Falassarna, the most famous area in the height of the summer season. It blends harmoniously with the natural landscape, the earthy colors, the wooden surfaces, and the excellent quality of construction.

Indoor facilities
Villa Domenica is a two-story villa consisting of 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the rest on the upper floor. All the bedrooms are fully equipped. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fantastically-equipped kitchen for foodies. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen Smart Satellite TV where you can grab a coffee and get yourself a freshly brewed coffee and pad across the area to the outdoor space. Wherever you find yourself in this house there is something beautiful to admire. The neutral palette that is used here creates the perfect scenery for a serene getaway from the fast pace of life making your stay unforgettable. Uninterrupted rest is promised while you can enjoy a luxurious stay away from the fast pace of everyday life.

Outdoor facilities
From the moment you step your foot outside of the villa, you will see an amazingly designed swimming pool, and pretty close to it there is a lounge area with a dining table for 6 under a protected pergola and an outdoor fireplace. The garden is suitable for sunset drinks and a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas make the ideal spot to relax. Fire up the grill and gather together for an alfresco meal under the pergola as the stars come out one by one sunbed to enjoy the Cretan sun and the little things that will impress you.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 – 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 7 days advance notice for this facility.

Free car amenity (For new reservations from 12.3.2024)
We offer our guests (with a valid driving license for at least a year) a manual small car (group A) as an additional amenity. This service is complimentary for the entire duration of the stay at the villa. Additionally, we provide free car pick-up and drop-off from Chania Airport. (for other destinations, there is an additional charge.)
* If you would like to upgrade to a higher car category, you can do so by paying an additional fee.
** Simple car insurance is included (you can upgrade to full insurance at an extra cost)

Falassarna Luxury Villas is a complex with four luxury villas one close to the other. The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 20 and the guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night from March to October and 4€ per night from November to February. This fee will be paid by bank transfer before the arrival.
