Indoor facilities
Villa Erofili is a two-storey villa of 95 sqm in a plot of 1300 sqm, consisting of two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor. This villa can host up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has a bathroom, one of them is ensuite with a shower while the second one is communal for all the guests. The luxury and modern design complete the scenery of the contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with colors that remind you of the sea and with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. On the ground floor, you will find the first bedroom while on the first floor through the wooden-glass stair, you will see the second bedroom with the ensuite bathroom that awaits for you to relax and enjoy your stay.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool for adults with a maximum depth of 1,40m. The outside area is an extension of the house with sitting sunbeds and umbrellas where you can enjoy the Cretan sun. The layout of the property is refreshingly laid-back, featuring bright, fresh living spaces including a gas BBQ, a dining area, and a successive sitting area, ideal for those who love socializing with a glass of wine, while preparing dinner together. From the outdoor stairs, you will reach the balcony on the first floor, A parking area is provided out of the villa.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

Villa Erofili is part of a complex with three luxury villas, each one with its amenities and facilities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
