Indoor facilities
Villa Jamila is a two-story villa consisting of five bedrooms, offering stylish and luxurious accommodation for 11 guests. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor with ensuite bathrooms providing complete privacy and autonomy for our guests. The other two bedrooms are on the lower floor with ensuite bathrooms and a washing room. The ground floor features a living room, a dining room, and a modern kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for an unforgettable cooking experience. there is a shared WC with a shower suitable for all the guests. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. Access to the swimming pool and the outdoor area is directly via the living room. Complete exclusivity and amenities that offer ultimate relaxation, create the perfect spot for you and your loved ones, ensuring that you will have a remarkable experience. The wooden details inside and outside of the villa create a more natural environment, more relaxed.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. The pool can be heated upon request, at least 7 days in advance, at extra cost. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa. The location of the villa is at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea in Kalathas, 2km away from this fantastic sandy beach and a 20m drive from Chania Venetian Harbour. The villa at night lights up and shows even more of her beautiful aspects and perspectives, which makes her the perfect oasis in the middle of your everyday stressful days.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
