Divided into two levels with a total living space of 500 sqm, with seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, Villa Oleander can comfortably accommodate up to 16 persons (14 adults & 2 children).

Indoors
Both levels have spacious open-plan living areas with a fireplace and a dining area, there are three living areas in total. Each floor has its own fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, and two bathrooms (per floor) and there is also direct access either to the garden areas or to the beautiful terraces from all the rooms and living areas. Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the rest three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Amongst other highlights, there are plenty of balconies and private terraces ensuring plenty of natural light in all the areas, high ceilings, airy rooms, and bright and breezy spacious kitchens immediately accessing the interior as well as the exterior dining sections. There is also a thoughtful separation of each area/room in order to grant guests absolute privacy.

Outdoors
A hidden paradise awaits you to relax day and night: a magnificent open-air setting equipped with a big swimming pool with saltwater systems, and an inviting barbeque area with a dining area shaded by a pergola suitable for 14 guests. Extensive gardens and terraces some with a sea view and others with a garden view provide a fitting backdrop to the pool while the surrounding scenery offers an ideal atmosphere.

There is also ample space for parking (covered & uncovered).

The villa is surrounded by a large garden with plenty of olive trees, aromatic herbs, and flowers planted throughout.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
