Villa Olive Nest is a complex of three apartments in the municipality town Perivolia of Chania. The villa is designed to pleasure your needs and dreams and give you the perfect way of living for your vacation getaway with privacy from everyday life and the noise of the cities. Indoor facilities
This villa can host up to 16 people. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a living room with a sofa, a satellite smart screen TV, and a dining area for 6 guests located right next to the kitchen. The access to the exterior area and the pool is directly from the living room. Another sitting area with a dining table for four guests and a sofa, a satellite screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen exists on the same floor. It has eight bedrooms across two floors and the rest of the bedrooms are all spacious and many of them have large sliding doors that open to private balconies. Two queen size beds, with an amazing garden view, and the other one, has direct access to the exterior area. There is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed that awaits the guests for carefree moments of relaxation. Two communal bathrooms with a bathtub suitable for all the guests. On the upper floor, there is an open-air living room with a sofa with a satellite smart screen TV, a dining area for 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances. The extensive use of glass creates a sense of transparency and the access to the outdoor area is direct with a gazing Seaview. A queen-sized bed with a satellite flat-screen TV is located in the same area with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, and a separate walking closet. Two rooms with queen-sized beds, a satellite flat-screen TV, and a gazing pool and sea view from the private balconies exist pretty close to the master bed. Last but not least there is a communal bathroom suitable for all the guests.

Outdoor facilities
The exterior area features a large swimming pool, that can be heated upon request at least 7 days in advance free of charge, with sunbeds and umbrellas for a more relaxed vacation for you and your friends. The sitting area next to the pool offers moments of tranquillity, with a glass of wine, while gazing at the pool view, which is away from the noisy cities. The private garden lawn with olive trees and many other plants completes the beauty of the villa creating a place resembling an oasis. Don’t miss the parking space for vehicles! The highlight of the outdoor area is the ultra-age-old olive tree of great historical and cultural value which has given the name to the region and was also the source of inspiration for the name of the complex. The story says that once it was the only tree in the area. Today it stands out because of its size. The trunk at the base has a perimeter of 13 meters and it is divided into 5 other trunks that form a huge nest. The surrounding area is shaped to protect the tree and use the shade and tranquillity it offers.
