Indoor facilities
Villa Riza, a two-story villa, will greet you upon entry, making you fall in love further once you step inside, this is the place for you to return to after a long day. Consisting of four bedrooms, two of them located on the ground floor and the rest on the first floor, this residence is the perfect couple’s cocoon or solo traveler’s sanctuary. The bathrooms on both floors are en suite with showers. In case you have some work to catch up on during your stay, on the upper floor there is also a dedicated desk in one of the bedrooms. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. The key element of this tranquil place is the neutral palette of colors and natural materials, things that will set you up for a blissful stay. Roll out of bed and wander into the spacious open-plan area, to prepare a breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. Grub a glass of wine and enjoy a zip or two in the living room, while you get to watch your favorite TV series on the big flat-screen smart TV. The sunshine sneaks into the open living area keeping the place bright throughout the day. The large doors open onto the veranda, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. This place is equipped with everything you’ll need for a stress-free holiday! On the upper floor, a hidden gem awaits you, a jacuzzi where you can spend some relaxing moments with your loved ones under the starlight sky.

Outdoor facilities
Why not start the day with a dip in the swimming pool before dying off in the sun? The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool. Lazier days can be spent under the sunlight while you get to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the lounge area. Spacious verandas and balconies are the perfect spots where you get to spend your time outside enjoying the fresh air and the sea view. Pretty close to the pool there is a charcoal barbecue with a sink, a wooden oven, and a preparation area, for 8 guests. Next to this area, there are comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas for luxurious poolside relaxation. For your kids, the exterior area provides a playground where they can spend some carefree moments, while you get to have some time for yourself. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.

Daily Breakfast
Around 8.30-09.00 every morning we will deliver to them a breakfast basket that includes the following: fresh orange juice, yogurt with honey, fresh baked croissants and bread, sfakiani pita fruits, jam/cocoa/butter, bougatsa, graviera/olives/paximadi

Villa Riza is a part of the complex Sohora Villas with two twin and independent villas in the Xirosterni Area. Both villas ensuite their own amenities and facilities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
