Indoor facilities
In its interior design, luxury and comfort play the main role, along with brilliant modern elements. Two fully equipped kitchens with electrical appliances, two living areas, a gym, and a playroom area with board games and books comprise the villa. Six lux bedrooms with lavish amenities where the mattresses, linens, and towels are from high-quality materials. Specifically, on the first level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, an open-air living room with a gazing sea view, and a fireplace. Right next to this area, there is a dining room for 8 guests and a sitting room library with books and games. On this floor, there is a bedroom and a communal bathroom. The access to the exterior area is direct from this level. Moreover, there are two bedrooms with twin-size beds located in the basement with a communal bathroom with a bathtub. In the same area, there is a gym area, fully equipped with a kitchen, a sitting area with a TV, and a dining table for 4 guests, where you can spend your free time and keep up with your fitness lifestyle. On the second level, there are three more bedrooms. One of them has a double-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a satellite smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a balcony with a view of the sea. The other two have double-sized beds and a communal bathroom with a bathtub. Not to mention, air conditioners are provided in all areas.

Outdoor facilities
The design of the exterior area is influenced by the magnificent sea view with large gardens and many relaxing areas. A large swimming pool with a children’s corner provides a unique place to enjoy the amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. Next to the pool, there is a charcoal BBQ ideal for you to prepare your meal or organize a barbeque party with your friends. A living room with a fireplace and many pillows allows you to enjoy a drink under the starlight sky with your family and friends. On the backside of the pool, a playground and a ping pong table is the ideal spot for kids. Parking space is provided for your vehicles.

The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.
