Spread over one floor, the villa has a beautiful balance of shared spaces and private rooms, equipped with all the needed amenities and amazing views from floor-to-ceiling windows. A bright and comfortable interior that opens up completely across the beach, making Villa Violeta a charming and calming place to relax and enjoy your vacations in one of the most beautiful islands of Crete. There is an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for an unforgettable cooking experience, a dining table for 8 guests, and a stylish living area with a satellite TV, overlooking the pool and the sea. The first bedroom has two single beds which can be converted into a king bed and a communal bathroom while the other two have double beds and ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Each bedroom has a smart TV and air conditioner.

Outdoor facilities
The easy accessibility from the main door or the window floor in the living area, you will lead to the outdoor area with the private garden lawn and the palm tree It features an outdoor swimming pool for adults (4×10, 1.40m depth) and a smaller one for children, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas the best place to relax gazing at the endless view of the Cretan Sea. A barbeque space and a dining area for 6 guests, protected under a pergola are also one of the main features of the exterior area. A secure parking space is available outside of the villa.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
