Beachfront villa Votsalo… where the luxury meets the deep blue waters of the Cretan Sea creating a magical accommodation. The surrounding landscape is the main feature of the design that the Villa provides. Big windows are built from wall to wall allowing sunlight to flood the interior of the Villa and let you enjoy the spectacular sea view and the warm Cretan sun. Beachfront villa Votsalo is part of a complex with 2 luxury villas, each one with its private facilities and amenities.

Indoor facilities
The main entrance from the ground floor with an airy open space that consists of a living area with a big flat-screen TV and direct access to the pool area. Near the living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed electrical appliances. Three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms complete the main floor. On the lower level, an airy living area with a sofa, a satellite TV, a well-organized kitchen with a dining table for 7 guests, and a cellar waits for you and your company! Five delightful and well-equipped bedrooms all have air conditioning, a garden or pool view, and en-suite bathrooms. Four bedrooms have king-sized beds and two single beds. The three of them are located on the ground floor and the rest of them are located on the lower level. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms complete the lower level of the villa. One of them has direct access to the outdoor area where there is a built-in sofa and a dining table!

Outdoor facilities
Villa Votsalo is designed with magnificent exterior space. The large private swimming pool with sunbeds and the sitting area with the exterior furniture offer relaxing moments and fun, admiring the great endless sea view. The large outdoor dining area for 6 guests is protected under a pergola which is designed to allow the sunshine as well as a little shade for the warm hours of the day and let you enjoy your meals under the starlight sky.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool of one of the 2 beachfront villa pools (Ammos or Votsalo ) can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump at extra cost. We request 7 days’ advance notice for this facility. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve the best pool heating effect. Min use is 5 days.

A security deposit is required.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
