Indoor facilities – Villa Spirit

Villa Spirit is a luxury two-story villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 WC and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. The ground floor of the villa boasts a large living room, a dining area, a WC, and a fully equipped kitchen. All are decorated in a minimal sense with modern touches. The upper level boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The rest 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each and they share one large bathroom with a shower. The single beds can be converted and used as double beds. All of the bedrooms have stunning mountain or sea views

Outdoor facilities – Villa Spirit

From the main living area, large patio doors lead out to the open sun terraces that surround the beautifully designed private pool. Offering breathtaking views, the exterior of Villa Spirit is ideal for having a great time with your family or friends. The outdoor area is spacious and provides parasols, sunbeds, and a dining area, next to the large BBQ. Everything is designed in perfect harmony to offer a private and homelike feeling!

Villa Spirit is part of a complex with two luxury villas one close to the other, each one with its facilities and amenities!

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
