A great location and a beautiful villa! We visited Chania in July/August and stayed at the villas for 7 nights. We were a large group of 16, so we used both villas. I can easily say that everything about this visit exceeded our expectations. We wish we had stayed longer!
As a large group, we organized well beforehand. Working with Stella from Holloways, we planned accommodations, transports as needed, and activities around Chania and Crete. Stella is a super star! She gave me the confidence that once we arrived there everything would go as planned – and it did.
The villas themselves are perfectly located in a beautiful area just outside old town Chania. The villas are well constructed, designed and maintained. Stephanie, the owner, was so responsive to all of our needs.
We really just had to walk down the hill to find beaches, restaurants and shops! Since we had cars, we also explored much of Crete. Such a great vacation spot and an experience we will always remember.

A beautiful property matched with a kind, warm, and very welcoming host. From the moment we arrived, Stephanie was able to make us feel very much at home with her warm and welcoming spirit.
Instructions were clearly given, and the feeling that we were fully supported shall we need any assistance.
The property is absolutely beautiful, with premium furnishing and fixings not typically found in a rental property.
The pictures, as amazing as they are, do not do justice to the sheer beauty of both villa’s. we were fortunate to rent both villas, with seamless entrance in both. You almost forget its two separate villas.

We booked a chef to arrange breakfast for the 7 of us, and the food was delicious, so it is recommended to check what services are available during your stay.
my only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. – I look forward to Stephanie welcoming us again one day.

Vi ble møtt av en varm og fantastisk husvert som ga nyttige og gode instruksjoner før hun raskt overlot huset til oss.
Huset overgikk alle forventningene. Det var skinnende rent overalt og høy standard. Et fantastisk hus med alle fasiliteter!
Husverten sendte påminnelser underveis i oppholdet om både rengjøring av rom og basseng og var rask på responstiden hvis det var noe vi lurte på.
Masse hyggelige restauranter i nærheten og flotte strender. Gode kollektivmuligheter og kort vei inn til Chania.
Talk for et nydelig opphold, vi kommer tilbake!

Great Villas, we loved our stay and the host was so nice

From the first moment our host Stephanie was very welcoming and kind. Providing us information about the house and surroundings. Se kept us well informed and looked well after us even bringin umbrellas when we didnt find any in the villa. I can definetly recommend this Villa to anyone, it is worth the money. And what a beautiful sunset! Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa.

Both villas were beautiful. Lots of space and really clean. All the rooms were lovely. The location was great. Would recommend and return in a large group again.

We enjoyed a splendid two weeks at Seafront Villas. We were a family party of 11, ages from 8 to 77, and we booked both Villa Solis and Villa Luna. Everyone had a great time. The villas were very clean with all essentials supplied. Everything is modern and all the furniture – beds, sofas, sun loungers etc was very comfortable and stylish. The kitchens are well equipped and the pools were kept in great condition. There is an interior staircase that connects the villas if you are renting them together. There was lots of space for our whole group and everyone enjoyed the pool table and gym equipment as well as both pools, The rooms were all ensuite and with televisions. The air conditioning is quiet and efficient and the wi-fi was also quick and mostly reliable. Be aware there are lots of steps and hard surfaces, so may not be suitable for children younger than ours. The villa is only a short walk to the beach (across one quite busy road) and to several mini makets and restaurants.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect! Even with a group of 15 the villa comfortably accommodated everyone with plenty of space for all. The layout of the villa is thoughtfully designed, ensuring both privacy and communal areas for everyone to enjoy. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the villa was impeccable. The location is ideal—quiet, scenic, and within easy reach of local attractions. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into making this villa a comfortable and luxurious retreat. Communication with the hosts was seamless, and they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fantastic group getaway.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Both Holiways and the owner were extremely helpful. We were able to book plenty prior to the trip, with alternatives offered if the original plan couldn’t go ahead. The owner welcomed us on the first day and was responsive and helpful throughout the holiday whenever we had any queries.
The villas were a dream and lived up to all our expectations. The pictures are truly as good in person, with plenty of space for us all. The area has a few good spots to walk to, and a short taxi/bus/car journey can get you into the heart of Chania. I couldn’t recommend the place enough, and could easily see ourselves returning.

Both beautiful villas, exactly as described. Lots of social spaces, bbqs and very clean. Close to restaurants and only a short journey into the old town. Would stay again

I cannot recommend or speak highly enough of the Holiways Team. All the members of the team are extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The Villa is beautiful and in pristine condition. It was the perfect trip. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great! Everything was spacious and clean. The pools were incredible with beautiful views. Hosts were responsive and very kind. Cleaning service came every morning and house was walking distance from stores and beaches. We enjoyed our stay. Cleaning service for house and pool did come quite early and surprised us on 2 of the days we had stayed. Overall, we enjoyed everything – thank you!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Would recommend this to anyone. The pools were incredible. The rooms were spacious, and everything was extremely clean, the bathrooms were clean and the showers were amazing. This made for an unforgettable trip to celebrate my best friend’s birthday with friends and family.

Serene location, great host
We had a wonderful family gathering. Great location, amazing views, well furnished and great amenities. So much to do in this area. Nice restaurants, beach close by, shopping and cultural activities. Getting around was easy by taxi, if you want more flexibility good to rent a car. Host was super helpful.

We were a large group spread across both villas who had an amazing long weekend staying at the stunning Seafront Villas. The pools are perfect for relaxing around, beaches and restaurants only a short walk away, and Chania old town a short taxi ride. You have everything you need and the owner, Stephanie, could not have been more accommodating. We thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were a group of 12 staying for 4 nights. Finding an Airbnb for this number of guests is not easy but this one really met all of our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The 2 villas Luna and Solis are connected from the inside so it felt like one big house. All the bedrooms were similar sized and all had en-suite bathrooms which also made it fair for all guests – it didn’t seem like there was one room much better than any other aside from the floor they were located.
Prior to the stay, the Holiways team were very responsive over Airbnb message chat. The owner met us at the property at check-in, and was very responsive over whats-app thereafter.
The villa was clean and tidy. There was one cleaning service halfway through our stay, which was welcome.
Location was adequate – in a quiet area about 15 minute taxi ride from the main town centre.
The only criticism is that the wifi was slow.
Overall a great place to stay, thank you! Would recommend for sure.

We had the most amazing weekend here for our family holiday before my sister got married. Being a group of 16, this place was just the perfect size to fit us all in.
Both villas were absolutely stunning and each bedroom was perfect! Lots of towels for your stay and toiletries provided.
Heated pools was a great plus- the view from the top Villa is absolutely stunning.
Stefanos was great at check in and gave us an in depth tour, nothing was too much hassle. He even checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly- which it was!
The private chef dinner which was arranged for our last night was just the cherry on top for our stay, delicious homemade food in a beautiful setting at the villa, we was even waited on for drink and pictures.
We cannot fault this place one bit- We couldn’t stop saying how amazing it was on the way home, everything was absolutely perfect!

Wow is the best way to describe this stunning and immaculate property! The design and layout of this property is fantastic! Bringing 7 couples together many who’ve not stayed together in one place can be worrying but the property gives everyone their own space and it was the most fantastic week! Stephanie the host is fantastic and is always on hand to assist in organising anything we needed from boat trips to taxis for 14 of us. If there were 6 stars this place would definitely get them.

We had a great stay at Villa Luna and Villa Solis. Both villas were immaculate and perfect for our stay. Holiways made the booking process very easy and always replied to messages in a prompt manner. Stephanie is a fantastic host, very friendly and informative and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend
