Indoor facilities – Villa Konstantinos
This residence blends perfectly into the natural habitat. This residence is a single ground floor villa featuring two bedrooms on the ground floor one with a double size bed and one with twin size beds. A communal bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and is suitable for all the guests. On the same floor there is an open-air living room with a sofa and a satellite TV, and a stereo, and pretty close to it there is a kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities and appliances where you can enjoy an unforgettable cooking experience.
Outdoor facilities – Villa Konstantinos
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool which can be heated upon request and is surrounded by the sun loungers and umbrellas. An unforgettable experience awaits the lovers of animals, after consultation with the owner you can ride the horses for an excursion in the surrounding area. The garden of the villa is covered with grass and the general area gives you the perfect spot for your carefree and luxury vacation, while you can enjoy the Cretan sun and nature. A place where the only noise you will hear will be the sound of the birds and the summer breeze.
*Heated Pool Policy – Villa Konstantinos
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
