Indoor facilities – Villa Luna Chania

Entering the villa from the main entrance, you will find a well-organized fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining table, and a living area with a sofa and a satellite TV. Relax on the comfortable sofas or dine in the outdoor dining area on the balcony overlooking the crystal waters of the Sea. Villa Luna consists of three bedrooms with high-quality sleeping comfort. On the single floor, there is a sofa that can be converted into a double-size bed. Airy and spacious the two bedrooms feature double-size beds while the third one has twin beds, ensuite bathrooms, satellite Smart TVs, and neutral-earth colors, something that creates the perfect atmosphere for your relaxed and carefree holidays. On the same floor, you will find a fully equipped gym where you can keep your fitness routine even when you are on vacation, a sofa for 2, and a WC.

Outdoor facilities – Villa Luna Chania

Villa Luna  is part of the Sea Front Villas Complex, which includes two villas: Villa Luna ( 3 bedrooms) and Villa Solis ( 4 bedrooms). Seafront Villas is a newly built complex of two luxurious & autonomous villas set within a small walking distance of the Sea!

In the outdoor area relax on the sunbeds enjoying the Cretan Sun. The swimming pool is the perfect spot for you to spend your day with your company. Whatever spot of the pool area you choose, you have the opportunity to gaze at the awesome view of the Sea. Also, you will find a gas BBQ, ideal for cooking a traditional Cretan recipe. Dine at the dining table near the pool. The swimming pool can be heated from October till April, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility.

*Heated Pool Policy – Villa Luna Chania

The swimming pool can be heated free of charge from April until the end of May and from the 15th of September until the end of October, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C, depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of June until the 14th of September, the pool can be heated at an extra cost. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during July and August due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

Accessibility

There is a straight stairlift at the entrance of the villas. You can easily use the stairlift to enter the Villa Luna. This facility can be used by elderly people or by people with mobility needs.

2/3-day cleaning service

The rates include housekeeping every 2/3 days. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2€ per night/villa from April to October and 0.50€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.

Villa Luna Chania is part of a complex of two villas, one above the other. Villa Luna is located on the lower level of the complex while Villa Solis is on the upper level. Both villas have access by stairs.
