Indoor facilities – Villa Avgi
The villa is located in the area of Kalamaki, creating an ideal spot to gaze at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Set on two floors, the villa combines a relaxing and comfortable stay. The first bedroom is located on the first floor with direct access to the pool while the other two are on the second floor with private balconies. Three airy bedrooms with convenient mattresses are ideal for a relaxing night after a long day. Each bedroom has an air conditioner, smart TV, and ensuite bathrooms. The private balconies offer amazing views of the sea. An open-plan space with a well-organized kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining area, and a cozy living room is located in the main area.
Outdoor facilities – Villa Avgi
The outdoor area combines a unique place to enjoy a dive into the swimming pool or relaxation moments in the sun loungers. Thanks to its magnificent location, the villa offers an amazing sea view the whole day. The modern and sleek design and the quality of the earthy colors combined with the minimal essence of the villa make the place the perfect vacation spot for you and your family.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
