Indoor facilities – Villa SeaCrete 3

Seacrete villa 3 is a three-storey villa consisting of four bedrooms, three of which are located on the lower level and the last one is on the first level. All of them are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, which offer complete privacy and autonomy. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products, making this villa the ultimate destination and holiday haven for you and your loved ones. On the ground level, there is a communal bathroom suitable for all the guests. On the same level, you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room for 8 guests and a living room with a Flat TV with Netflix. The access to the exterior area is direct via the living room, and the extensive use of large windows creates the illusion of transparency, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

Outdoor facilities – Villa SeaCrete 3

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas, making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. The swimming pool can be heated upon request with an extra charge. Pretty close to the pool area is a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa and that a large tennis court awaits you and your friends to enjoy a match! We request three days’ advance notice for this facility.

The location of the villa is situated at a very idyllic point, and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. This villa also has direct access to the local beach.

*Heated Pool Policy

The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7-day advance notice for this service. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
