Indoor facilities – Villa Wine
Villa Wine is a two-storey villa, on the ground floor there is a spacious open-air living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Right next to this area, there is a dining area for 8 guests. A fully equipped kitchen is in the same area with all the necessary appliances for an unforgettable experience. All the bedrooms are furnished with minimal and modern elements. Three of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor. They have ensuite bathrooms with showers and double beds but the rest of them have two single beds that can be converted into a double size bed. All the balconies have gazing views.
Outdoor facilities – Villa Wine
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool that is located in the exterior area and gives the opportunity to enjoy the Cretan sun. Right next to it, there is a terrace with sunbeds and a barbeque space where you can enjoy relaxing moments with your loved ones. The gazing view that the villa offers is one of the main reasons why you will enjoy your stay even more. Don’t miss the parking space for your cars!
Villa Wine is part of a complex with two luxury villas one close to the other, each one with its own facilities and amenities!
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
