Villa Verde is a new 4-bedroom villa with a high standard of design and construction quality, located in the village of Rodia in Heraklion with a magical view of the Sea and mountains. Whenever you choose to sit and relax, you will enjoy the gorgeous sunset.

Indoor facilities – Villa Verde

Villa Verde is a three-story villa that can host up to 8 guests and consists of four bedrooms, one on the ground floor, one on the first floor, and the other two on the lower level. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with modern furnishings, and a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. The large doors open onto the veranda and pool area, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

Outdoor facilities – Villa Verde

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas, making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table next to the charcoal barbecue with a wood stove, a sink, and a preparation area. Next to this area, there are comfortable sunbeds for luxurious poolside relaxation. Spacious verandas and balconies are the best places to spend your time outside, enjoying the sea view and fresh air. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.

Villa Verde is part of a complex with two luxury villas, one next to the other.

The villa is situated at a very idyllic point, and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the sea and mountains.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
