Omnia Villas Chania are two twin villas located in a privileged location with gorgeous views, high-end amenities, and modern design. Each one has autonomy.

Indoor facilities at Omnia Villas Chania

On the ground floor, a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances (fridge, espresso, and filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, boiler, and dishes-utensils for all the guests), a living area with a fireplace place, a big flat Smart TV 60’ with satellite channels and a dining area suitable for 6 guests are found. On the same floor, near the elevator, there is a WC for all the guests and a washing machine.

The villa’s three bedrooms are on the first and second floors. The first bedroom has a double-sized bed (160 x 200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, the second one has a double-sized bed (160 x 200) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub while the third one has a king-sized bed (180 x 200) on the roof and a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request in advance. Each bedroom has direct access to the balconies, a smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi access, bath amenities (shampoo and shower gel), linens and towels (pool and bath) for all the guests, a hairdryer, and high-quality mattresses.

The base capacity for Omnia Villas is 12 guests (that can comfortably be hosted in the 6 bedrooms) with a maximum capacity of 16 guests (four more guests can be hosted on the sofa on the upper floor that can be converted into four single beds upon request in advance). For above 12 guests, there is an extra charge per person/night. In case guests wish to use the sofa beds in the upper-floor bedrooms as beds, there is going to be an extra charge per night/person, even if the base capacity of 12 guests has not been exceeded.

Outdoor facilities at Omnia Villas Chania

The outdoor area is perfectly designed based on the marvelous views, with a swimming pool suitable for both adults and kids, a shower, sunbeds, tables, and chairs. Sit in one of the outdoor spots and enjoy the sunset over the horizon with a glass of wine and your loved one.

On the lower level, there is a secure parking space suitable for 4 cars.

*Heated Pool Policy – Omnia Villas Chania

The swimming pools can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump for an additional cost per day from September 15 until the end of May, with a pool temperature set at 26-27°C depending on the weather conditions. Please note that we require 5 days’ advance notice for this facility, and the minimum usage period is 3 days. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
