Eine traumhafte Wohnung für 2 im sehr ruhigen Kefalas. Trotzdem binnen 15-25min mit dem Auto an verschiedenen Stränden. Ausstattung ist vom feinsten. Klare Empfehlung für Paare. Ein Juwel unter sehr vielen Angeboten. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr netter, lässiger Herr. Auch die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Hier stimmt alles und man fühlt sich sehr wohl ab der ersten Minute. Kleine Extras wie Café Kapseln und Obst wurden auch als Willkommensgeschenk zur Verfügung gestellt. Perfekt um nach Ausflügen zu entspannen.

Wir hatten als Gruppe von sieben Personen einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Alyia in Kefalas auf Kreta.
Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, sowohl in der Küche, in den Bädern wie auch das Mobiliar in den übrigen Räumen.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die schnelle Reaktionszeit unseres Gastgebers, George, der im Falle eines kleinen Problems mit der Klimaanlage noch am selben Tag eine Lösung gefunden hat. Auch sehr zufrieden waren wir mit der Betreuung durch Helen, die uns regelmäßig frische Handtücher angeboten hat und zur Halbzeit unseres neuntägigen Aufenthalts die Bettwäsche gewechselt hat.
Die Lage der Villa ist sehr abgeschieden in einem kleinen Dorf in den Bergen, was zum Vorteil hat, dass es immer sehr ruhig ist. Zum nächst größeren Ort sind es allerdings auch etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Hier ist man in jedem Fall auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté de la villa, la décoration de bon goût, les nombreuses salles de bains pour que chacun puisse avoir son espace. La maison étant en hauteur, nous avons toujours une brise ce qui est fort agréable avec les chaleurs estivales. Il y a la Clim, mais personnellement je n’en ai pas eu besoin.
Le village en lui même est très agréable, calme, mais avec tout ce qu’il faut si on n’a pas envie de prendre la voiture une journée.
De belles plages à 20 min de voiture.
La piscine privée est aussi un grand plus.
Tout ça pour dire que tout était parfait.
Une pensée amicale pour la dame qui s’occupe du ménage et de l’entretien de la maison, Eleni, particulièrement attentionnée et gentille.

The ground floor, upper floor and gardens were absolutely stunning as was the pool area and immaculately clean. The Housekeeper Eleni was brilliant, very friendly and obviously takes her job very seriously. The area is very rural and has a brilliant taverna with lovely food and a couple of supermarkets where you can get the essentials, locally.
Unfortunately, we had a concern with the basement room as the picture on the website was of bedroom 3 not the basement bedroom. We were very disappointed with it as it was not to the same ‘luxury’ standard as the rest of the villa. It had very little natural light and felt very much a basement room, noisy with the plumbing of the house, bare concrete floors and some issue with the paintwork on the walls. We notified Holiways straightaway and an updated (albeit enhanced) photo of the basement room was put on the website. Holiways were very prompt in their response and have said that they will address all issues as soon as possible.

The villa was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our entire large family. The pool was huge -wonderful for swimming laps and morning exercise as well as for the children to play in . The hosts were extremely warm and accommodating to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this large home in a beautiful village .

We had a lovely stay at the villa. Helen and George made sure the villa and pool were spotless. They were incredibly responsive. The location is a great spot away from the touristy areas. The local Taverna is great and very friendly and there are also two shops in the village for when you run out of essentials.

What can i say to sum up our stay, absolutely spot on, George made contact with me just after the plane landed asking our arrival time, Clair, Georges wife greeted us at the villa and ran through the usual.(very helpful) Also the cleaner was very attentive to our needs.
The village itself was just a 5 minute walk up a slight hill. we found a local bar and restaurant, a small mini market and a slightly larger mini market.
The food and hospitality from both the bar and restaurant were very good.
We spoke to a few ex pats and gained good information of places to visit and eat around the area.
We also got introduced to Paulos local taxi driver, Paulos was at our beck and call all holiday (Family of 6 so a 9 seater taxi) He drove us to various locations even sorting out a breakfast for us one morning with a view looking over the sea. (what a top bloke)

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home in Crete. The house was exactly as described – very modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Both the interior and the outdoor areas were clean and well cared for.
The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and always available when needed, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The kitchen was fully equipped.. We also especially enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the lovely outdoor seating area with pool – perfect for relaxing.
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A rental car is highly recommended, though, as it makes it much easier to explore the area and get around.

Veldig fint hus. Fin utsikt. Vennlig og hjelpsom vert. Huset ligger oppe i fjellet og en er avhengig av bil. Kronglete veier til og fra byen og ikke så mye å gjøre i umiddelbar nærhet.
