Luxury villa with amazing seaview & heated* pool!
Villa Lyra is part of a four-luxury villa complex located in Agia Pelagia. It’s a two-story and 225 sq.m villa surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with panoramic sea views, a private swimming pool, and a separate children’s swimming pool. All the services and amenities are designed in a way to provide the guest a stay with relaxation and comfort. Both interior and exterior areas are organized and offer complete luxurious privacy.

Indoor facilities
Villa Lyra consists of five modern designed bedrooms on the ground floor with en suite bathrooms. Three of them have an amazing view with panoramic windows to the Cretan sea and the two of them have a skylight atrium. Each bedroom has a stone-faced bathroom and a separate WC is located on the first floor which is suitable for all guests. The living room is located on the first floor designed with the aesthetic of minimalism and modern architecture with a selection of high-quality elements. In the living room, there is a flat-screen smart TV and an artificial eco fireplace. Right next to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, which allows the guest to even cook and try some of the traditional Cretan dishes.

Outdoors facilities
The large-sized swimming pool filled with fresh water and surrounded by a green well-tended area, captures the eye of every guest and becomes the favorite place in the villa offering at the same time a mesmerizing view of the Mediterranean sea. Also, the pool can be heated upon request, at least 7 days in advance, at extra cost. On the right side of the pool, there is a pergola with a dining area, kitchen, and grill where the guests can relax, and taste some traditional dishes. Don’t forget that the secure parking area is on the front side of the villa and is suitable for 2 cars.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.

The place is designed for various events with picturesque views that can be attended by up to 50 people.
