Villa Anton, a private, luxurious, and autonomous villa is set on the highest hill of Akrotiri in Chania, in Kalathas. A luxury that is featured in its interior and exterior architecture. Indoor facilities
Villa Anton is a two-story villa that can host up to 7 guests, consisting of three bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor and the rest of them located on the first floor. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room for 6 people and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with direct access to the big veranda which offers a gazing sea and pool view. The large windows create the illusion. On the ground floor, there is a double-size bed with direct access to the exterior area and the pool. An ensuite bathroom completes the design of the room offering complete autonomy and privacy. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. On the upper floor, there is a double-size bed and a single bed and gazing views of the sea and the pool. A communal bathroom exists in the same area suitable for all the guests. The minimal design and the extensive use of wood all over the villa blend in very well with the overall essence of the villa and the natural habitat

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool that can be heated upon request, at least 7 days in advance, at extra cost, a jacuzzi, and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
