The villa is located in the area of Kalamaki, creating an ideal spot to gaze at the amazing view. All the services and amenities are designed in a way to provide the guest a stay with relaxation and comfort. Both interior and exterior areas are organized and offer complete luxurious privacy.

Indoor facilities – Villa Helios

The villa consists of three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Set on two floors combines a relaxing and comfortable stay. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool while the other two are on the first floor with private balconies. Three airy bedrooms with convenient mattresses are ideal for a relaxing night after a long day with panoramic windows that offer you amazing views from day till night. The private balconies offer amazing views of the sea. An open-plan space with a well-organized kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining area, and a cozy living room is located in the main area.

Outdoor facilities – Villa Helios

The outdoor area combines a unique place to enjoy taking a bath in the large swimming pool or relaxing in the sun loungers. Thanks to its magnificent location, the villa offers an amazing sea view the whole day. All the amenities of the villa provide the guest with complete comfort and pleasure and the same time guarantee privacy.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
