Indoor facilities
Villa Ostria is a two-floor villa of 250 m2, a minimal impactful design that celebrates a creative dialogue between indoor and outdoor living, blending in harmony with the island’s surroundings. The villa has 4 bedrooms and it can host up to 9 people. Entering the villa you are struck by the ingenuity of design. The ground floor features a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle and a rain shower with access via patio doors onto the veranda and outdoor area. On the same floor, there is a separate communal WC offered for all the guests. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms the first one has 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00) which can be used as a queen bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle featuring a rainshower with views over the local area and sea. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a large shower cubicle with a rainshower and slatted windows that offer an amazing view even while taking a bath! The last bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00) which can be used as a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle featuring a rain shower. On the ground floor, the airy and open space living room is illuminated with light entering from the glass-paneled wall and an open corridor with glass that allows views over the external area and sea. There is a dining table and a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary electrical devices for an unforgettable cooking experience next to it. The living room has a 55’’ smart TV with satellite channels and a sofa for 4 making your evenings with your loved ones unforgettable!

Outdoor facilities
The exterior area has an amazing swimming pool 55m2 and 1,40m, with sunbeds and an outdoor sofa and armchairs suitable for 5 people for poolside relaxation to sit and enjoy the Cretan sun. This pool has a unique design that wraps around the villa, with a sense of waterfront living and also it can be heated, upon request 7 days in advance, at an extra cost. Also, the exterior area of the villa has a barbeque spot with a sink and a dining table for 8 under the pergola so that you can enjoy fresco dining with your loved ones while enjoying the view. Don’t forget that a parking area is offered for 2 cars.

Villa Ostria is part of a complex with two luxury villas in Maleme, each with its own facilities and amenities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
