Indoor Space – Villa Ekfrasis

Villa Ekfrasis spans three floors, connected by an elevator for easy access, and can comfortably host families or groups of friends. The ground floor features an open-plan living space with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a stylish dining area, and a comfortable living room with a smart TV. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light and offer direct access to the outdoor area. A guest WC, office space, and storage room complete this level.

On the first floor, there are two elegantly designed bedrooms with a shared bathroom, while the second floor offers two additional bedrooms with another shared bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with luxurious king-size beds, premium mattresses, minimalist décor, air conditioning, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Slippers, bathrobes, and thoughtful details provide a true luxury hotel experience in the comfort of a private villa.

In addition, guests of Villa Ekfrasis can enjoy complimentary access to the gym, sauna, hammam, yoga studio, and dance halls at the nearby Mossa Well Being Hotel, ensuring a wellness and rejuvenation experience.

Outdoor Space – Villa Ekfrasis

The villa’s private outdoor space is designed for relaxation and social gatherings. A heated swimming pool (20 sqm, 1.40 m depth) with an integrated jacuzzi sets the tone for summer days, complemented by a hammock and luxury sunbeds. Surrounded by a landscaped garden with flowers and small bushes, the setting offers peace and natural beauty. A shaded dining area with BBQ facilities invites guests to enjoy alfresco meals. Secure private parking is available on-site.

Villa Ekfrasis is part of the Mossa Villas complex, which includes two villas: Villa Ekfrasis (4 bedrooms, 8 guests), Villa Melody (4 bedrooms, 8 guests). For larger groups, both villas can be booked together for a seamless stay.

*From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2€ per night/villa from April to October and 0.5€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
