Spanning 280 sqm across three levels, Villa Majestic has been thoughtfully designed to capture the island’s natural light and sea breeze. The ground level features an elegant living area with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening directly to the pool terrace, where guests can enjoy breathtaking sea views. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area invites gatherings around Cretan flavors. On the same level, a stylish bedroom with a king-size bed (convertible into twins upon request) offers A/C, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and full accessibility for wheelchair users. A washing and dryer machine provide added convenience for longer stays.

The first level hosts four beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a king-size bed that can be transformed into twins, individual A/C, and ensuite bathrooms with modern showers. Every room enjoys bright interiors and large windows that frame the stunning views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

On the lower level, Villa Majestic offers a sophisticated entertainment and wellness space, including a playroom and a private gym for active guests. Heated Pool Policy – Villa Majestic

The swimming pool can be heated with an additional cost upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 – 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility. The cost for the heated pool must be paid in cash upon arrival.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night per villa from April to October and 4€ per night per villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
